we are asking Superior Court permission to tape the entire trial and post it on the internet to show Medford residents the kind of person Frank Pilleri is.

ALSO, we will have a 12 part special on the slime that was Medfraud Community Cablevision, Inc., which was unscrupulously controlled by the highly unethical Frank Pilleri of Tufts Health

Pilleri touched a gay male that Pilleri obviously had a sexual interest in.  Admitted in a court of law that he had touched him, and when Pilleri used Cable TV subscriber monies to sue the man for Emotional Distress over the alleged break-up of Pilleri's marriage, the victim of Pilleri's desires WON THE CASE.  Pilleri lost the emotional distress case and was handed 100 dollars when Pilleri alleged that an interrogatory asked if Pilleri had sex with his dog, which was a quote from the obese station manager.

Imagine suing a man because you allege that there was a comment by a station manager about Pilleri's alleged "sex with dog"  and then a judge only gives the Tufts Health employee, Pilleri, "NOMINAL" because Pilleri's reputation WAS FOUND BY A COURT TO BE IN THE TOILET

As for Adam, I'm judging Mr. Knight on his alignment with McGlynn/Camuso/DelloRusso. First order of business was to elected Camuso president. Bad move. The dude is tongue-tied and power hungry. Where I am able to get my point across, senior citizens Paul Camuso has trashed - from Pat Fiorello to Dr. Storella - will fall victim to the juvenile antics of an individual in power because he wants the 30K, not because he wants to help you, Jason, and certainly not me. Mr. Camuso was on the wrong side of the TV3 issue because the Friday night host fawned all over him, while denigrating other politicians. Camuso enjoyed the fruits of the non-profit while not interfering in the attacks on his fellow councilors, including two women. We have an indication of where Adam Knight is positioning himself. Clearly he wants to be Mayor, but riding the Paul Camuso bandwagon won't cut it. Another Councilor was tied at the hip to Camuso and learned a few years later to distance himself. Now they are opposed to each other. Adam Knight is going to learn the hard way when Camuso turns on him.

155,000 hits! Mayor's Press Release MISSING IN ACTION

MICHAEL J. MCGLYNN NOT BEING HONEST WITH THE CITIZENS OF MEDFORD

WHY IS THIS ARTICLE NOW MISSING FROM THE MEDFORD TRANSCRIPT?

IT'S A PRESS RELEASE FROM CITY HALL

March 21, 2011
Mayor Michael J. McGlynn announces he is actively looking for Medford residents who may be interested in serving on Medford’s Cable Advisory Commission or the Chevalier Civic Auditorium Commission.
The city is looking for people who may have an interest in volunteering to serve on either of these boards. Both boards meet approximately once per month. They do not meet during the months of July and August.
The Chevalier Civic Auditorium Commission is made up of (5) members who can be appointed for up to a (5) year term. The Chevalier Commission supervises the auditorium and can also act as a fundraising arm for it as well.
An annual report of all activities is required yearly from the Chevalier Commission to the Mayor’s Office.
“Currently, there are (4) active members serving on the Chevalier Commission, and we are looking for a fifth member,” McGlynn said. “Interested parties should have a background in either; engineering, marketing or have a strong interest/background in the arts.”
In much of the same manner, the Cable Advisory Commission acts in a supervisory role to the local cable channels, by recommending policy changes, meeting with cable company representatives to discuss issues of mutual interest, report to the mayor on company compliance with the license, respond to citizen questions regarding the cable television system and keep the community informed about community programming.
This seven member commission is looking for (3) additional members who may have a background in media and technology or in marketing.
Interested parties should submit a cover letter and resume to the mayor’s attention as soon as possible to 85 George P. Hassett Drive, Medford MA 02155.

Huge story on TV3 to hit on Monday. Stay tuned.

Either on BostonGlobe North online or Transcript.

We'll let you know.  Informant wasn't sure which paper...probably best to check 'em all out.

The fools that are posting on Patch under anonymous names fool no one.   They look foolish.   The investigation is gathering steam...they should be booking tickets to Tahiti or Timbuktu...anywhere but Medford.

Are those racism charges about to clobber the entrenched cronies?

Pick up the paper...maybe that's what is up.

Carl Galusi nervously phones former TV3 member begging for information... that should tell you all you need to know

Johnny played Sgt. Schultz and told Carl nothing.

Note to Carl: what were you thinking?   We all know you are in the dark groping and no one is going to tell you a damn thing.

Isn't this what the two Revere boyfriends did to a victim of racism?   Not mentioning any names, there are lots and lots of Revere antagonists...

Seven Grafton teens arrested on felony witness intimidation charges for allegedly cyber-bullying the victim of a violent crime

On Jan. 18, the victim’s mother told police of the alleged harassment of her child, Crepeau said in a phone interview Saturday. He said the victim’s mother told officers that her child was being threatened and demeaned by several acquaintances of a person charged with committing a violent crime against her child last year.

The victim’s mother told police officers James Crosby and Alvin Hulbert that her child had been repeatedly harassed, “physically and through social media,” at school and elsewhere by a group of teens, a Grafton police statement issued Friday on Facebook.

Police will be getting documents of a serial harasser from TV3 posting on Patch (under the name H H) that he was coming to a victim's home, insinuating that he was going to hurt the victim of TV3.

That is cyber-bullying.  That is creepy.
Most likely it came from a scene of a previous alleged crime in Revere.   Most likely.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Police need to check the ISP of "Hypocrite Hunter," the serial menace will probably be found in Revere...just a wild guess.

Evidence posted on Patch to be turned over to the authorities

Police need to protect Medford citizens from angry little "Junior" and his cyber threats.

Medford Announces Appointment of Committee to Develop Community TV Access Plan

Medford Mayor Michael McGlynn today announced the establishment of a Community Access TV Committee to determine the future structure of public, educational, and government access television in the City of Medford.

Mayor McGlynn has appointed Father “Chip” Hines, Frederick Laskey, and Allison Goldsberry to the committee.  Father Chip, pastor of St. Joseph’s Church in Medford, will serve as the Committee Chair.  Father Chip co-hosts Catholic TV’s movie review show “Spotlight.”  Laskey, Executive Director of the MWRA, formerly co-hosted a show in Medford about energy issues.  Goldsberry is the webmaster for the Medford Public Schools and City of Medford.  She teaches web design at Medford High School and is also in charge of the school’s educational access TV station.

The Community Access TV Committee will develop the guiding principles for the future of community access television in the City of Medford.

“I look at this as an opportunity to search for fresh approaches to community access television that are based on a foundation of transparency and inclusiveness and that also allow for the fullness of artistic and individual expression,” said Mayor McGlynn.

The Committee seeks to develop a plan for vibrant community access television in Medford that includes educational and community programming, locally produced content, broadcasts of public meetings and events, increased learning opportunities for students interested in media production, community classes, and enhanced online video capacity.

The Committee’s first organizational meeting will be Monday, February 3 at 6:30pm in the Medford High School Library.  Meetings seeking public input will be announced following the first organizational meeting.  The Committee will also have an email address and other important forms of contact to receive public feedback and comments.  These will also be announced following the Committee’s first meeting.

The Community Access TV Committee will present its recommendations to the Mayor by Memorial Day.

ACCESS TV COMES TO MEDFORD, CHANNEL 3 GETS RELIGION

the Medford Mass TV3 Battle! The War is Over!

Citizens Win!  Frank loses!

FRANK PILLERI GOES DOWN IN DISGRACE  ...WATCH FOR our history of Medford Access TV to air when the new station emerges! The shocking story of TV3 will be a 10 part mini-series. You will be glued to your seats!

the upcoming August trial will potentially be filmed for part of that mini series.  Permission was refused when asked to film the arraignment in Somerville District Court.  But that's ok, Superior Court is a different matter and the public's right to know will prevail, we are quite confident in that.

THE ENTRENCHED CRONIES ARE DISGRACED, AND ONE OF THEM IS ON TRIAL FOR A FALSE BOMB THREAT!

http://medford.patch.com/groups/joe-vigliones-blog/p/whats-good-for-the-community-with-public-access-television

"Public Access television has been for many years the main platform for the general public to express its views to the widest public available in an unfettered 1st amendment free speech manner"  is the opening statement in a lawsuit that was presented in one of the states fighting to preserve access TV.

The city of Medford now has a golden opportunity to move forward. The citizens will have a chance to see what they've been missing out on, as Medford has never, ever, ever had a real public access TV station.  Access is not about the few controlling the message...it is about the community having a voice.

Mayor McGlynn says in the article posted on Patch:

“I look at this as an opportunity to search for fresh approaches to community access television that are based on a foundation of transparency and inclusiveness and that also allow for the fullness of artistic and individual expression,” McGlynn said in a statement.
Those words spoken by Mayor Michael J. McGlynn are now something we can hold the Mayor to.  He got them right from my playbook as T.O.T.A. - this writer's idea to clarify access tv - was the battle cry in 2005 - Transparency, Oversight, Term Limits, Accountability.  It's what this citizen was asking of the Mayor when I met with him in 2006.  Now we can dwell on the fact that it took the Mayor eight years to get religion, but why bother?  The committee's chairman is a very nice man, the Reverend George "Chip" Hines.
What is interesting here is that Father Chip, according to the Pilot newspaper dated January 17, 2014  in its CLERGY APPOINTMENTS section notes this:

Father George C. Hines from Pastor of St. Joseph Parish, Medford, to Pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Sharon, to Pastor of Blessed Sacrament Parish, Walpole, and to Pastor of St. Mary Parish, Walpole.
What the community is not aware of, and what the old Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. was probably not aware of, was that the Mayor had decided to appoint Father Chip Hines to the board of MCC TV3.  When things started disintegrating to the point of no return it seems that appointment was a moot point, redundancy here intended. Thus the cute little comments you might have seen on my commentaries "TV3 to get religion" but, as I said earlier, time to move forward, not backward.
* * * * *
Now in a perfect world the Mayor would also call up School Committee Person Robert E. Skerry and accountant Richard Giovino and add another five individuals to that oversight board, the Cable TV Commission of Medford.
With only a 3 person panel, having a 5-7 person cable TV commission would help guide the panel with information the panel might not be aware of. The more the merrier if we are to bring about a clean, exciting new opportunity to Medford while keeping the problems of the past away from this situation for at least the next five to ten years.
My opinion - as stated at a city council meeting, was and still is that the Mayor needs at least a five person panel, not a three person panel.  The good news is that Allison Goldsberry, Fred Laskey and Chip Hines are all good people and easy to get along with.  Gold star for Michael McGlynn there.    But their most obvious asset to the Mayor is their alignment with the McGlynn Administration and not necessarily their understanding of access television - Father Hines appearing on the Catholic Channel and Allison having been a board member of MCC giving them some experience, but clearly not the experience that some in the community who have spent decades and decades in access have. Which is easily solved, of course, by expanding the panel from three to seven.
And without the panel having more than three people, a cable TV commission could serve to make the new public access entity more...well, public.

* * * * *
The presence of Goldsberry is good in that the old TV3 Medford can't complain it is not represented.  Fact is, Allison Goldsberry was appointed or elected to the old MCC Board and actually disagreed with the former president of the station.  That gives her knowledge that can be of some value to the citizens of Medford.  What were her disagreements and now, with her experience at the high school, what is her particular vision.  That input is good, but is of greater value when combined with four additional people on this panel which currently only has three.
That was part of my argument at the city council and I stand by that position.
This is not just about any one producer - be it sports host Johnny Byers (who is delighted with the news and intends to be at the Monday night meeting at the Medford High School Library) - or sports enthusiast Chris Donovan or the video company Gravity or Jimmy Morse dot com or Kitty Connection or this writer.  It is about the community.
A fresh start without the problems of the past is what is needed.
Last night on WinCAM - Winchester Community Access and Media - Barbara Harris of The Toys talked about her upcoming benefit concert with Leslie Uggams, Dionne Warwick, The Cookies ("Chains" - a song covered by The Beatles) and others.  It is for the New York City Foodbank which feeds about 400,000 people a day...a worthy cause (and full disclosure - I helped bring some of the artists to the benefit concert).  Public Access is great for benefits, for other non-profits to get the word out.  We also had Buzzy Linhart discussing meeting John Lennon as the great engineer who worked with Lennon, Roy Cicala, passed away this week. And our film critic, Frank Dello Stritto, spoke about the Hercules movie airing tonight on our Friday Night 9 PM movie show.

Access is alive and well.  This host has brought many, many Medford residents to access TV in Winchester, Winthrop and other stations, as well as on MadeInMedford.com

But the internet is still in its infancy when it comes to being a "public access venue."  Those who have cable TV and no internet, especially our senior citizens, would rather watch the P/E/G channels.

Now, at long last, we will have that opportunity.  It is something a few of the councilors and this writer have fought for over the past decade. It's a key moment in access TV in Medford and we will make the most of this opportunity that we pay for and that we deserve.

McGlynn announces 3 person panel!

http://medford.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/mayor-announces-members-of-new-cableaccess-committee

Channel 3 finally gets religion with a Chip off the old Church on the panel!

McGlynn appointed the following members:
  • Father Chip Hines, pastor of St. Joseph’s Church in Medford, who also co-hosts Catholic TV’s movie review show “Spotlight,” will serve as the committee’s chairman.
  • Frederick Laskey, executive director of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, who formerly co-hosted a show in Medford about energy issues
  • Allison Goldsberry, webmaster for the Medford Public Schools and City of Medford, who also teaches web design at Medford High School and is in charge of the school’s educational access TV station

Just cancel the damn meeting.

If he was shoveling his driveway the way he shovels you-know-what to the speakers at the podium, his driveway must be sparkling clean.

We pay about three thousand five hundred or so dollars a week for the City Council of Medford.

Medford, Massachusetts is one of the most expensive city councils in 19 cities north of Boston
Payday varies widely for city councilors and aldermen north of ...www.bostonglobe.com/.../north/.../19/payday...city-co...The Boston GlobeOct 20, 2013 - A Globe review of payroll data for city councilors in 19 cities north of Boston puts Medford at the top

This was no blizzard of '78, and haven't we trudged up to City Hall in more inclement weather?
* * * * *

The supporters of the new council president will come out in droves and ignore the invitation to speak at the Council next week rather than litter the Patch with nonsense.  In a city of 57,000 or so people our elected leaders need to have priorities, priorities that don't include following the lead of the most inconsistent and absent councilor noted in the above Boston Globe article from Kathy McCabe.

For the first two council meetings the new "president" had a party stopping a Republican party person, Robert Cappucci, from having his say.  At what he has called "the People's Forum" we've witnessed a senior citizen stifled and a council candidate, Jeanne Martin, told to stay on topic.  Aham.  The "People's forum" with rules designed to both fracture and eradicate the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

What better way for the excuse-ridden "Council President" to play hookey but to sense 3 inches of snow on the way and tell the citizens, the other councilors and the Government channel handlers to "take the night off."  Unless we stop this pernicious abuse of power in its tracks, this will be the rule, not the exception.

Why wasn't the City Council meeting re-scheduled for January 22, 2014? Wednesday night?  If it was, why wasn't a memo sent out.  So next Tuesday night, January 28th, will be the third - not fourth - meeting of the Medford City Council.  The agenda will get bunched up, and the council president and his thirty thousand dollar gig will think to himself "such a deal" as he slams the gavel and tells you your ten minutes are up when, indeed, as I've been informed by a reliable source, Councilor Paul A. Camuso's clock is at 45 RPM when the rest of the world is at 33 1/3rd RPM.

The "new" City Council has to stop infringing on rights and start recognizing that the definition of "public service" is serving the public. Not taking yet another night off to kick off the new year.

On December 17, 2012 the final public access show aired in Medford. On April Fools Day 2013 the color bars went up.  As of this writing, January 22, 2014, we pay for a product that we are not getting.

Now, for the anonymous posters who say we don't need public access (which is a joke; no credible person publishes such nonsense) we say, forget about access for a moment.  Some links below declare that about 1.7 million dollars was spent between 2010 and 2011 for P/E/G access tv.  Consumers forced to pay that much money would like to know where the money has gone.  Those at City Hall who know where the money trickles don't offer a "three person panel" that is promised the consumer.    So, where's the three person panel?  Where is the cable TV commission?  Why are there color bars on Comcast and allegedly nothing on Verizon?  And when will we have something for the monies we pay for on a monthly basis.

A Jeff Vrabel wrote an essay in the weekly paper Feb 11, 2013, about a year ago.  He states:

Seriously, after enough reading about putting antennas on my house, I started to wonder how I could be so impressed by technology that was available to my grandparents, which I regarded like WHAT IS THIS MAGICAL FREE TELEVISION RECEPTION DEVICE? If someone invents a free way to listen to music on some sort of small transistor machine, for real, watch my brains melt.

But it isn't about swapping one thing not to pay for another.  It is the monies that get collected and where they are going.

And a city council that has a leader who, ho hum, thinks if there's a tsunami harmlessly out there on the ocean not hitting land, he needs a day off, and to collect "his" 30K without going through a vetting process to become the Council President.

The citizens of Medford didn't vote for that individual to be "president" - which he declared personally to me on January 7th, taking the reality of an election out of context.  What happened was that in December, there was a bully vote and - voila - the citizens had no say in appointing an individual who isn't ready for prime time to go up there and embarrass the city of Medford on a weekly basis.  That is, when he decides to show up for work.

NOTES:

A February 8, 2012 article in the weekly paper noted:

Comcast currently provides service in 238 Massachusetts communities. Medford is the 111th community in Massachusetts to receive cable TV services offered from Verizon.
Another part of the agreement between the city and Verizon is that the company allots Medford the same 5 percent franchise fee it receives from Comcast cable subscribers. Of the 5 percent fee on cable TV bills, 3 percent goes to the city coffers while 2 percent is divvied up between the city’s three local access channels.

Author Nick Iovino also wrote: this? In fiscal year 2010, the 5 percent franchise fee generated $820,867 and in fiscal 2011, about $888,316.
City Councilor Robert Penta argued more money should go towards upgrading equipment for recording public meetings at City Hall, which currently uses equipment installed about 20 years ago.
