employment contract of Patrick Gordon. If you feel this is a personnel
issue, which I disagree with, you can send the exact contract without
his name on it.
2)The document containing the job description for station manager

document containing a request for a CORI check from residents. (With a
new mayor, this absurd document that ex solicitor Rumley told me that he
devised should be removed.)
And to clarify, I
have a Background Check Clearance Certificate from the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts. My goal is to see that candidates running for office are
not spied upon. Also, another concern is the individual who was
conducting CORI checks for the high school - perhaps - allegedly should
not have been viewing private information. If correct, it would show
poor judgment on the part of the former city solicitor...again.
4)Any
documents detailing Mr. Gordon's work - documents with postings of the
number of classes for residents at the TV station, frequency of Twitter
postings, frequency of Facebook postings, what exactly Mr. Gordon does
for the salary he receives. (I've been documenting the lack of activity
on Twitter, Facebook etc. which shows a distinct lack of outreach and a
failure to facilitate programming. Furthermore, the poor, very weak
activity displayed on the video page (which is very difficult to find)
shows a lack of effort on the part of the station manager to promote the

is it that my Facebook live pages get hundreds of views and the first
three rows of videos have extremely low spins for videos in a city of

NOTHING to this community. The only video with extensive views is the
pre-election debate.

Medford Community Media has asked to join our little group. I've accepted the station that asks members for a CORI check when other stations located at schools - Burlington, Wakefield, etc. do not.
Indeed, the law is unsupervised contact with children. Management is paid a lot of money to supervise the station.
With the city solicitor retired I have asked the mayor to remove that cockamamie rule a lawyer dreamed up to build a stumbling block to the First Amendment and chill speech in Medford. Though the station was named after my proposal to Mayor McGlynn - the sole proposal offered - Community Media Medford, in her infinite wisdom the previous mayor just slid the last of the three words, Medford, to the front - Community Media Medford.
It's such a fantastic name that the TV3 station that I shut down paid City Hall to register MY NAME and start going after my websites claiming - falsely - that a station manager owned it. Station managers should approach a board of directors but we know the perpetually dissolving MCC TV3's rules - about as realistic as a recently impeached alleged "president" of these United States.
The "station manager" was busy circling my neighborhood at 2 AM blasting his horn while taking my ideas. A little signature from him to stay away from my family and Tony's Gas station was signed in Superior Court after he defaulted on a case putting another victory in my column.
Now with the current station:
the question is why is the branding so off? Is it Medford Community Media or - as the Twitter states - MCM_Medford (a bit redundant - Medford Community Media Medford...duh) with a serious lack of postings.

I was the sole person to respond to Mayor McGlynn's RFP Request for Proposals. I applied for the job in 2005, but the old TV3 did NOT want experienced professionals. The kid they hired had never worked in access television and allegedly ran out of the room in hysterics because he couldn't put a tripod together. Nice guy, I got along with him, he left and went to Boston Neighborhood Network but didn't last long. Then TV3 hired a vicious woman from Foster RI who made movies, allegedly demanded members stuff ballots for her movies to "win" contests. They won a 10K contest (to his credit, solicitor and board member Mark Rumley refused to vote when pressured on it) and then she demanded the 10K while telling citizens she got ten thousand dollars for the station. We had a lawsuit in Superior Court, I won, of course. In court we found out her experience: she produced one cooking show at Worcester's cable TV station. Her successor had to sign a stay away order after we caught him harassing my home and my neighborhood night after night, blasting his horn at 2 AM, peering through my windows. So they had no intention of hiring competent professionals. McGlynn, allegedly, considered this a "scarecrow" tactic. Keep the residents out, let him pay his pal JD out of the access monies - and JD's camerawork and audio ...well, a fifteen year old could do better in my opinion. Mayor Burke hired BB. I warned the city council to NOT let BB install the new cameras. Sure enough he gets a job at MGM and the council has to scramble. They never listen. Now an exile from MATV, PG, was doing Muccini-Burke's bidding. You want real access television? I can put a staff together in a heartbeat and watch the fun this city will have. My hosting in access started in 1979...in 41 years ya think someone might learn a thing or two or three? It's Medford's loss to use individuals who do not care about Medford or access TV and know nothing about it whatsoever. That's what we've been saddled with for over 30 years.
Part II
perhaps the biggest reason they don't want professionals in there: 3/5ths of the funding, about 600 thousand dollars goes into a black hole known as "the general fund." 1/5th pays 3 teacher salaries which is highly inappropriate, the 200K for P/E/G access was being hijacked and we had color bars instead of programming. I shut down TV3, Mayor Burke took the 700k or so that I saved the city and squandered it on the Educational Channel claiming it was PUBLIC ACCESS, asking for a CORI check so that she could spy on candidates, ostensibly, and you are so right: Medford Being Medford. IF 600k a year goes to the General Fund supposedly to keep taxes down, why are your taxes going up every year. What a scam. Mayor Burke and Roy Belson were cited for violating the Open Meeting Law when I caught them having a Cable Advisory Board that didn't post according to the OML. That "Advisory Board" was a disguise for a Chapter 74 board, but they didn't call it that until the complaint was filed...it was the Cable Advisory Board with some members allegedly not knowing they were part of that board. Belson and Burke should have been slammed but only got a slap on the wrist when I insisted a harsher punishment as they knew exactly what they were doing. Burke being close to the AG, well, you get the drift... So much money...what I don't understand is if a citizen uses a double coupon at Stop & Shop to save a buck, why are they not looking at the millions and millions of dollars Medford has hijacked off of cable TV for the past three decades or more????

TITLE: Bear with me as we go down memory lane and then we'll get to how the school system, the MPD ( Medford Police Dept. ) and TV3 are all entangled with each other!

When I graduated Arlington High in 1972 after one year at Arlington Catholic High with abusive nuns and a soon-to-be abusive student by the name of Michael J. McGlynn there was no chatter about a varsity coach allegedly having sex with a politician's daughter! There were no Jenna Tarabelsi-styled headlines of a staffer having sex with a 15 year old who took pictures of her breasts - that stuff was left up to the priests at Arlington Catholic! Sitting next to me at my sister's wedding good old Eugene O'Sullivan reprimanded me for reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, one of my inspirations as a writer. Weddings bore the heck out of me so I brought me some reading material! Turns out decades later if you want to get rid of a child molesting priest, pull out Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and watch the rapist priest flee! See...the book works! Works as easy as an "objection" to throw an ex city solicitor off of a witness stand; easier than Dorothy's bucket o' water on the wicked witch!
And whether you believe in the religion or not, the book (said to have had 5 editors or so) displays how wonderful - and magical - her grasp of the language was - and within the pages of the book still is: brilliant.
OK, so the priest is having sex with under age boys and is upset with me for reading a book by a protestant church founder. Wow. I say protestant as that particular church is a Christian denomination not part of the Catholic establishment.
"Don't read a Christian book but molest the altar boys" appeared to be O'Sullivan's business model. A couple of decades later I dated a fellow (a real sweetheart, too bad he had a boyfriend because we got along well...oh it's not adultery...gay marriage wasn't a law yet! And heck, we both went to the same school...) who alleged he was molested by "Grape" back in the day- another priest at St. Agnes. I believe him because we ninth graders had one odd "sex ed" class and Grape was the priest asking us fifteen year olds to ask him questions about sex. Fifty years later it's obvious he was the wolf in the hen house, the chicken hawk looking to see what young boys were interested in under the guise of sex education. I do recall my home room 9th grade teacher was young and was bestowed with certain gifts that made some of the fellows in our class view her with more "lust in their hearts" than Jimmy Carter could ever muster. She would walk down the aisle "In the name of the Father and the Son..." and her breasts would swing to the right to the left as she would say the sign of the cross...just with the proper rhythm. Ahhh, the days before cellphone videos. Can you imagine the page views on that! When she wasn't in class the boys would imitate her walking down the aisle repeating her and moving their chests right and life. This is brought up because we don't recall any student/teacher liaisons. If anything when the nuns got out of habit the rumors flew that the nuns were accompanying other nuns...but we've now digressed way off course, Superintendent Marice Edouard-Vincent, to five decades later and other issues plaguing the school system. Well, after all, it is the era of teachers and students engaging in social media, so the burden is great with the new technology, probably hijacked from space alien abandoned aircraft...but we're really digressing now.

When I graduated Arlington High in 1972 after one year at Arlington Catholic High with abusive nuns and a soon-to-be abusive student by the name of Michael J. McGlynn there was no chatter about a varsity coach allegedly having sex with a politician's daughter! There were no Jenna Tarabelsi-styled headlines of a staffer having sex with a 15 year old who took pictures of her breasts - that stuff was left up to the priests at Arlington Catholic! Sitting next to me at my sister's wedding good old Eugene O'Sullivan reprimanded me for reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, one of my inspirations as a writer. Weddings bore the heck out of me so I brought me some reading material! Turns out decades later if you want to get rid of a child molesting priest, pull out Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and watch the rapist priest flee! See...the book works! Works as easy as an "objection" to throw an ex city solicitor off of a witness stand; easier than Dorothy's bucket o' water on the wicked witch!
And whether you believe in the religion or not, the book (said to have had 5 editors or so) displays how wonderful - and magical - her grasp of the language was - and within the pages of the book still is: brilliant.
OK, so the priest is having sex with under age boys and is upset with me for reading a book by a protestant church founder. Wow. I say protestant as that particular church is a Christian denomination not part of the Catholic establishment.
"Don't read a Christian book but molest the altar boys" appeared to be O'Sullivan's business model. A couple of decades later I dated a fellow (a real sweetheart, too bad he had a boyfriend because we got along well...oh it's not adultery...gay marriage wasn't a law yet! And heck, we both went to the same school...) who alleged he was molested by "Grape" back in the day- another priest at St. Agnes. I believe him because we ninth graders had one odd "sex ed" class and Grape was the priest asking us fifteen year olds to ask him questions about sex. Fifty years later it's obvious he was the wolf in the hen house, the chicken hawk looking to see what young boys were interested in under the guise of sex education. We have received a response with information on an employee hired in October 22, 2018. There are thirty-five pages.
The employment was in the Business Office,
job title Administrative Assistant.
I do not want to name the employee, but what our readers want to know is why this individual came and went so quickly. There was a similar come and go with a varsity coach shrouded in mystery.

8:32 am - spoke with Daria in the Mayor's Office about the outrageous failure of the school system to respond to the public records request. The Sec of State's office AND the mayor's office are now apprised. The Determinations in my favor for documents from the police, the AG's office on TV3, the school system have resulted in exposing how reticent these entities are in complying with the law. The new mayor should cleanse the city of these non-compliant individuals and put forthright people in their place. More to come.
