Medford City Council President Robert A. Maiocco / Press Release / SEC Complaints

More Breaking News
Paul A. Camuso allegedly loses backing of much needed union; union is allegedly backing a third candidate to enter the race for City Council of Medford

Paul A. Camuso's juvenile antics and failure to stay seated at Council meetings could be a thing of the past come this November.

The entire McGlynn regime is embattled as this publication has uncovered serious complaints against McGlynn's right hand, Councilor Robert Alexander Maiocco.

Maiocco was seated to McGlynn's right while Mark E. Rumley was seated to McGlynn's left at the State of the City address.
That picture is worth a thousand words - starting with CRONIES!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

The Medford Transcript failed to report on Council President Robert A. Maiocco facing a complaint filed against him on August 10, 2010.   The complaint was for compensatory damages of 1.8 million dollars and was settled on February 14, 2012 for $312,470.36

This was critical information on Election 2011 that you and your newspaper dropped the ball on.    Docket/Case #: 10-03416 *1 (see below)

Customer Disputes against Robert A Maiocco

The Medford Transcript also failed to go on a breaking news story posted October 25, 2011 - right before the election - which would have done serious damage to the editor, Nell Coakley's good, good friend Mayor Michael J. McGlynn. *2(see below)

Maiocco, who failed his Series 63 (NASAA) Financial exam on December 17, 1982, was also the recipient of a complaint filed on May 21, 2007.  A 73 year old Oregon resident claimed / alleged "THAT FA (Financial Advisor) ROBERT MAIOCCO

MADE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT CAUSED LOSSES IN HIS ACCOUNT AND THAT HE DID NOT REDUCE THE COMMISSIONS ON A TRANSACTION IN
ACCORDANCE WITH HIS EARLIER REPRESENTATION."

Why is that individual on the City Council of Medford?  Because the newspaper did not splash this critical information on the front page of the Medford Transcript, that's why.

The senior citizen filed for $9,903.00 and was awarded $5,000.00 on 11/6/2007, NASDR CASE NO. 07-01502

Yet ANOTHER individual filed a complaint on Maiocco  07/30/2002 Closed/No Action on 08/27/2010

CUSTOMER ALLEGED THAT FA NOT ONLY MISMANAGED HER INHERITED IRA, BUT THAT HER OWN ACCOUNT WAS TRADED EXTENSIVELY TO HIS
BENEFIT, RESULTING IN A $71,000.00 LOSS.  Alleged Damages: $71,000.00

So Maiocco had a complaint filed on him in July of 2002 and closed eight years later, but right before the case was disposed of was the huge 1.8 million dollar case of August 10.
Seventeen days before the eight year old case closed a new case was filed resulting in over $300,000.00.

The arrogant City Council president engaged in blatant censorship on April 9, 2013 when a resident was speaking out against the hate crimes in the city and putting the blame directly on elected officials who turn a blind eye to the hate at a local non-profit which City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley smirks about saying they are "equal opportunity slappers."  So when you see hate speech, graffiti and people getting beat up at City Hall (April 27, 2010) and then you read these chilling documented facts on the president of the Council, an individual who bullied his way into the presidency...who, in this writer's opinion, didn't truly earn it on merit, then you wonder why the residents of Medford have an alleged 36 year incumbent councilor in Robert A Maiocco, an individual who simply cannot be trusted on the Medford City Council.

There will be at least three new candidates for City Council in the city of Medford, and it is about time the Medford Transcript started reporting on Robert A. Maiocco, Michael J. McGlynn and other long-in-the-tooth elected officials.  The temperament displayed by Robert Alexander Maiocco on April 9th was that of a school bully, not a respected member of the community.  And now you know why: the press gives Maiocco a pass on his alleged wrongful conduct.

It is time for the citizens of Medford to file complaint after complaint until Robert Maiocco and his nephew-by-marriage, Paul A. Camuso, are removed from the City Council of Medford.  The buffoonery has gone on long enough and the residents pay the two of them approximately $57,000.00 between them (30K for Maiocco, 27K for the employee who worked under the crooked sheriff, James DiPaola - Paul A. Camuso).

*2  Fox 25 scoops Nell Coakley and the Medford Transcript ...a Boston station scoops a local newspaper on a local story!  Unbelievable.  Or was it intentional?  Based on information and belief the editor of the Medford Transcript intentionally holds stories back to protect her friends at City Hall.  Shameful.  Bad reporting by an editor who has been in way too long and does much damage to the city of Medford.

FOX 25 scooped the Medford Transcript on both the Medford Housing Authority and the Sheriff's Office, where Councilor Maiocco's nephew,Paul A. Camuso, a Medford City Councilor, works. (Side note: wasn't Sheriff Koutoujian going to remove all the cronies of the Jimmy DiPaola regime? The investigation on Camuso's conduct is for another day.)

FOX Undercover has also learned the investigation is reaching the Medford Housing Authority, whose offices were raided last month by state police troopers assigned to Coakley’s office.

Warm Regards,

The Leader of the Opposition

FA MAIOCCO

Does the FA really stand for "Financial Advisor" or something else?

Fraud Asinine?

When it comes to FA, Bob Maiocco takes the cake...quite literally, he takes your cake that...oh...do the simple math.
