Ya gotta love the invitation purportedly written by McGlynn's
wife (who should sue if a secretary wrote it to intentionally make her
look bad!)...check out the "YOUR (sic) INVITED" flyer attached as a
photo on this essay.
Yeah, let's go to the McGlynn Roast
where the Mayor allegedly becomes mediator (or, perhaps, referee) over
the women in his life.
Let's look at the ladies in
Michael J. McGlynn's life - today's star is McGlynn's close friend, Nell
Escobar Coakley, editor of the weekly paper.
The
big question Medford voters
need to consider is this: If D'Antonio wins this election, is Nell
Escobar Coakley, editor of the Medford Transcript, removed along with
other members of the McGlynn Administration and will Mr. D'Antonio be
allowed to appoint the next editor of the Transcript as part of his
Administration? What a puff piece for McGlynn, an embattled
non-profit's board member who answers only to McGlynn sucking up to the
Mayor with a ruse of running as "the McGlynn Alternative." What a slap
in the face to D'Antonio that the McGlynn thinks so little of his
opponent he puts in as a decoy someone who goes by the alias of "Dr.
Rabies.". Recently on the Patch Mr. Deluca admitted that he
pulled papers with no intention of getting signatures, though there is
an allegation that no one in the community would sign for Deluca.

Ahh, it is election season and my dear friend State Rep Paul J. Donato
calls this "the most protected right" ("this" being political speech,
of course.)
YOUR invited would mean that it is YOUR
invitation that YOU sent out, methinks...it is a little confusing. Now
Sheila McGlynn is a smart, classy, lovely lady. probably still working
at the Department of Conservation and Recreation in Cambridge.
Who,
in their right mind, believes that McGlynn's wife would intentionally
write "YOUR (sic) INVITED" on a flyer when they have people who read and
proofread. Nope. It is probably a conspiracy, and could be within the
very seat of power that is the corner office. I think some secretary
wanted to sabotage the First Lady of Medford's reputation, that's what I
think. I think Mrs. McGlynn should call cousin David and see about a
legal letter to her husband's office about this. That's what I think!

Along with his wife's job at the Department of Conservation and
Recreation, Mike McGlynn has two of his three daughters working for the
family business... actually at The McGlynn School, named - they say -
after his father, Jack McGlynn.
Amanda McGlynn teaches second grade at the McGlynn School

Jennifer McGlynn Belanger teaches water color. Nice job if you can get it. Grade 3 at the school named after Grandpappy

McGlynn allegedly told a former Mayoral candidate that he doesn't like
me publishing the salaries of his family members. OK, we'll keep the
salaries out, for today.
His sister is Bernadette McGlynn Davis She is the Commissioner, Dept. Developmental Services this is where ...let's keep that as a story for another day.
Bernadette's husband is Jonnathan
Davis: According to a Medford Transcript article from Colleen Quinn (9/13,2012): Medford resident Jonathan Davis has just wrapped up
his first year as the acting general manager of the MBTA. He was recently in
Korea trying to find out why a shipment of new MBTA trains has been delayed."

Ask him if the South Korean government asked for "gifts."
Allegedly, it is legal in Korea (though the law might change) to give
"gifts" to the government in exchange for favors. Keep in mind I said allegedly LEGAL in that country, so no wrongdoing is being implied or stated here.
Read my article from June 2012...it resonates this election cycle

VOTERS NEED TO KNOW WHO MCGLYNN IS:
Mike McGlynn's father is John McGlynn. The following is
from the Boston Globe, February 23, 2012 by Cindy Cantrell:
"John McGlynn, Sr.For 42
years of that time, he (Jack McGlynn) was simultaneously director and board
chairman of Medford Cooperative Bank and its successor, Brookline Bank. The
city’s John J. McGlynn Sr. Elementary School is named for him, and he is the
proud father of Medford’s current mayor, Michael J. McGlynn."
How many hours did Jack McGlynn put in at "work" for the late
Sheriff James V. DiPaola while he was allegedly collecting his City Pension? From 1998 to
2003, Jack McGlynn purportedly served as the Director of Special Projects for the Middlesex Sheriff’s
Department, which involved overseeing the establishment and operation of
community counseling centers." Many thanks due, possibly, to his nephew Special Sheriff John Granara, and his
son, Mike, and the Mayor’s secretary, Mrs. James DiPaola. Why has no one connected the dots this election season?
McGlynn is married to Sheila (Halmkin)
McGlynn and they have 3 daughters, Kathleen, Jennifer, and Amanda. He is the son of former Medford Mayor
& City Councilor John McGlynn. (From WIKIPEDIA)

In the coming days we'll be looking at Adam Knight's connection to
the McGlynn empire. It's an election year. Informed voters are better
prepared to make the right choices. There is more information about
connections between the McGlynn family and elected official Steve Walsh,
but let's save that for another day.
If you read the weekly
paper's puff piece on the alleged "write-in" candidate you'll see no
questions asked, no tough questions asked about McGlynn or his "decoy"
candidate. Hey, if we all claim to be "write-in" candidates do we get
on the front page of the weekly paper? Not without the de facto
publisher, the current Mayor, and his blessing.
