Fat Freddy Jello Russo Jr. Puts Foot in Mouth again at Council 10/29/13

Candidate Fred Jelly-Roll Russo Jr. keeps opening his mouth and fighting with the hot air he blurts into the microphone.  The utter contempt that Dello Russo and candidate Paul A. Camuso showed for the voters at the City Council on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, is disturbing.

Dello Russo says to let the City Solicitor handle the financial aspects of TV3 during the time it is dissolving.  Not so fast!  McGlynn has instructed his soldiers like Camuso and Dello Russo to put that nonsense into the conversation.  I had a good, solid response but figured "why bother?" and just read my six pages into the record...six pages about Public Records Requests.

So when you hear the City Council of Medford complain that it gets no answers from the corner office, know this.  Each councilor can write a public records request and demand the information from McGlynn and - under law - have McGlynn obligated to respond within ten days.  Now either I'm the smartest guy in the room, which I don't think I am, or the councilors do not want to issue public records requests, which is what I believe has happened.  Only one councilor agreed with me.  The others are probably afraid of repercussions from the Administration.

But as I noted in my speech, the council is here to protect the assets of the taxpayers and the ratepayers.  That includes the financial records from Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.    The three stooges from the station failed to tell the city council about meeting minutes, finances, equipment.  The fraud that public figure/TV3 board member Harvey Alberg perpetrated on the citizens was a ludicrous "toxic mold" discussion as a distraction.  Well that flew in Harvey Alberg's face like bad eggs he overcooked, snap, crackle and popping in his face on a Saturday morning or ...Tuesday evening, as the case may be.

The board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. was not honest with our public monies.  Arthur Deluca rants on Patch throwing out the most outrageous things to cause a distraction.  Truth be told, that was a lot of money for unqualified individuals to be handling.  PAC - Public Access Carpetbaggers is what they were.

Thanks to Councilor Penta and Councilor Lungo-Koehn the issue is back on the table.

Where are the monies we paid to TV3, an entity that had unqualified individuals staffing the studio, unqualified individuals on the board of directors, mean spirited individuals who would be disruptive and harassing at the council meetings.  Anyone notice how the meeting flowed tonight with TV3 no longer part of the equation?
