Former Member of Fraud Failed Board Arthur Deluca steps in it again

Is there any doubt that Arthur Alan Deluca is a sociopath of the highest order?

The imbecile who decimated access television, harassed a senior citizen, P.F., quite literally to death, and who sat on a fraud board while proclaiming we don't need access (but Deluca sure loved the bus pass he allegedly sucked out of the ratepayers, and the use of our computers, and the use of our cameras, and the abuse of our reputations)...is now ranting on Patch.

LET US SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON ARTHUR DELUCA'S WRONGFUL CONDUCT

DELUCA TOLD JOHN FROM MEDFORD HE IS AFRAID OF BEING INDICTED. THAT'S RIGHT, AND THAT HE WILL SELL OUT THE OTHER BOARD MEMBERS IN A HEARTBEAT.

NOW FOR SOME TRUTH ABOUT DELUCA

One more thing, people, 5 High Street is ready to be occupied for an access station. There are three landlords who might not allow access if former members of a board are involved in any way, shape or form. The above former member of MCC failed to note to the citizens that: 1)40 Canal St. doesn't want them back; 2)5 High Street allegedly sent them a cease and desist; 3)Station Landing allegedly evicted TV3, 4)32 Riverside Ave can't be happy with the prospect of a closed corporation renting. That's four for four. Just saying.

For a board member of TV3 to admit he doesn't believe in access is all you need to know. The Agreement with the City is to facilitate access, not to get in and decide you don't want to abide by the Agreement. There is NO WAY the previous board of directors will be allowed to participate on a board of directors of the next non-profit AND there is already the discussion of INDEFINITE SUSPENSIONS of those who thwarted access TV as we WANT access TV. An individual who violated the agreement to facilitate access TV absolutely cannot sit on a board designated to facilitate local programming. Five citizens are already discussing a possible Class Action suit so that TV3 board member is correct in one respect, but it is HE who does not anticipate what is coming next. The people will have a voice.

God Bless Councilor Penta who has had to put up with desecration of family photographs, just like that board member of TV3, his name on the post, has gone on a rampage making personal attacks against me on the internet, in violation of an agreement TV3 made with the police, WHICH I INFORMED THE POLICE THEY WOULD VIOLATE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. It took SIX WEEKS before the individual who just attacked Councilor Penta started his invective. That is NOT public access TV. Due process of law? TV3 has created its own laws, its own rules, and Mr. DeLuca has never given me a ride home, but demanded things like rides home night after night after night, from myself and Pat Fiorello. What TV3 fears most is that the minute we start up a new access station, it will actually work and be as vibrant and exciting as stations in Malden, Arlington, Burlington and the 5 communities where I am a member. I back up what I say with action.

Without Councilor Penta's honest efforts and hard work, we would not have accomplished this. It takes a team. Thanks, Jeanne. My personal safety was at risk, my loved ones were harassed and besmirched, thousands of hours were absorbed fighting for community rights, and it cost me thousands and thousands of dollars from my life savings to defend myself from individuals who were interested in their own personal gain when their obligation was to the citizens of Medford. I care about this community. Chris Donovan I believe noted that I would probably get lost in the shuffle and that just wouldn't be fair. Thanks go out to Johnny Byers, Councilor Lungo-Koehn, Jimmy Morse, Doreen Wade, Anthony D'Antonio, Vincent Mase and his wife for standing up and speaking out. There are others, but this group, including you, Jeanne, were essential to getting to where we are today. Now the Mayor has to choose a 3 person panel. This needs to be a panel of citizens not connected to City Hall.
