Woman is allegedly terrified that Medford whack job Arthur Deluca is making sexual advances against her special needs daughter.

This information was given to the Medford Police Department after an informant gave solid information on the private life of Arthur Alan Deluca, who does not live on his own and is allegedly considered by relatives to be mentally unstable.
Arthur Deluca allegedly dated a woman who was frightened that
he made sexual advances at her daughter, who was allegedly special
needs. This came in a letter which was handed to the Medford Police
Department. Arthur Deluca was also alleged to be hanging out at the
sexual palace known as Amazingstore.net where they watch him like a hawk
as the women there are allegedly deathly afraid of the former board
member who worked in concert on that board with an individual charged
with a false bomb threat.
