If the accused's name was spelled with two
p's and two l's, as is commonly found on spelling on documents filed by MCC TV3 with the Secretary of the Commonwealth's office, why does his PCF (Probation Central File) have the spelling with only one "p."
Somerville District Court could not find the name initially because there is only one "P" on the PCF.
Is there an error in the spelling by the courts, or has that individual been using a different spelling on the papers filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth, a strange "coincidence" as there are mistakes with the names Daniel Ryan Mailhoit (sic), addresses for Steve Marra and Mailhiot, spelling of Arthur Alan Delucca (sic) and other strange "typos" all over the TV3 corporate documents filed with the government.
