THE MEDFORD TV3 BULLIES DIDN'T GET THEIR WAY

Tea party Republicans blame Obama for the shutdown they planned

And that is the highly pertinent fact that Boehner, Bachmann and the rest of the Republicans conveniently fail to mention. As detailed in a Sunday New York Times story, a well-financed cohort of conservative activists have been planning for months to use a government shutdown as a cudgel to cripple the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Among those behind the effort are, predictably, the Koch brothers, the right-wing billionaire industrialists who, the newspaper reports, gave out $200 million last year to anti-Obamacare groups.

The government shutdown has revealed the impressive skill of tea party Republicans to say untrue things with sincerity so convincing that they almost sound as if they believe what they are saying. Michele Bachmann, with her toothy grin and startling wide-eyed stare, is especially adept at this.

Disgraced ex-board member of TV3,
Ronald Delucia, always was upfront about his scam.  He said when he repeats his lies enough times people tend to believe him.

The con-artist from Ark Insurance, Stoneham along with his ghoulish partner-in-crime, Harvey Alberg of Malden, attempted to perpetrate another fraud upon the Medford community when they put on the City Council agenda "TV3 update" and instead of giving an update, they dragged some Newton dude up to the council to talk about the Toxic mold they had created as an excuse to allegedly break the contract with 5 High Street.

Alberg, his mouth dripping with lies and venom, putting up his poor defense while lashing out at City officials demanding to know how many board members sat on the embattled station, a station called "embattled" by the press for the better part of a decade.

Like the Republicans scheming and conspiring to shut down the government, Alberg was allegedly conspiring with DeLucia and Pilleri to "collapse the corporation" (or at least that's what Boston resident Jim Tuberosa told this publication on a conference call with another witness on the line)... Jim Tuberosa said that Harvey Alberg told him they were going to collapse the corporation and run off with all the money.

A look at Alberg's present financial state, as well as that of his wife, shows tax liens, every corporation he ever touched now defunct, a financial wreck with what appears to be a desperate individual having access to the cable TV subscriber monies.

Then the "fourth" board member, Art Deluca, tells the Medford Transcript that he doesn't want to spend the P/E/G monies on P/E/G.

Deluca is named in the Rumley Report for accepting cash while sitting on the board of directors, along with a former station manager / board member and the webmaster, a former board member who took cash while sitting on the board.

The fact that no meeting minutes exist (unless they just drew them up!) explaining the situation is deeply troubling.  No one will believe meeting minutes - suddenly found -  not turned in to Judge Jackson-Thompson back in 2008.

Is the District Attorney's office looking into this?  Or does McGlynn have so much to lose in an election cycle that he is just throwing the webmaster under the bus?
