Dear Mr. Rumley,
City Hall has not acted in a responsible manner regarding public access. Mayor McGlynn uses the P/E/G fees in an inappropriate way and he also squelches free speech. That being said, I am forwarding you pertinent information if the citizens do file a CLASS ACTION suit and/or hold the city responsible for not listening to the cable subscribers when frauds like Alberg and Delucia did so much damage to all of us, Solicitor Rumley damaged by them as well as myself and others.
They ripped off the entire city and McGlynn did not help the victims

Alberg also acts like a lawyer, but he's a worse lawyer than Money Manager, and we know as a money manager he's a fraud
A lawyer advised me that cable tv subscribers are THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. Who are you going to believe, a respected lawyer or the fraudulent Harvey Alberg who completely failed to act responsibly with cable TV subscriber monies and think he's not going to get caught for his blatant thievery. The District Attorney's office is apprised of Alberg, Delucia, Pilleri and Deluca's wrongful conduct and the citizens will continue to file complaints until Alberg and his cronies are brought to justice for their theft of access television and allegedly theft of subscriber monies. Tune in to the council Tuesday night. That Fraud Alberg REFUSED to answer the questions about board members, meeting minutes, and his "partner" Ronald Delucia was running around Alden Chambers like a rat with a dirty mouth calling people what Delucia is. Look in the mirror, Ron DeLucia and see how ugly and vile you truly are.

Alberg states" One more thing.....there are no 3rd party beneficiaries in the cable contracts....they are between the cable companies and the City. We may not like it or agree that it should be that way, but it is. I am willing to be corrected if anyone has contrary info.....Arthur....help! Lol "
Jim Tuberosa of Boston said in a conference call between myself and John Byers that Alberg told him that the plan was to "collapse the corporation" and take all the money remaining
1)They left 5 High St
2)They CLEARLY knew that 32 Riverside had no connectivity
3)Color bars went up
4)The corporation "dissolved" as in "collapsed"
5)Alberg and his wife appear to be in financial dire straits.
Tax liens and alleged evictions and Alberg Financial losing its
status as a corporation.
Alberg telling the community he is a "money manager" and an honest "board member" when he defrauded the City Council with his ridiculous "toxic mold" speech - or the Chumley report aimed at
you, or the Spotlight on City Hall aimed at me, at Tom Lincoln, at
Dr. Wood and others, speaks volumes.
City Hall has ignored my solid advice for the past 10 years and 11 months, including when I warned you that Pilleri would never hold an election. That information came from Alberg's partner in Savant Technologies who gave me a large amount of information including his e mail calling me "brilliant" and calling his partner "blind."

Unfortunately, contract law might trump common sense in this case.
