Dishonest Harvey Alberg opens his mouth and gives more evidence the authorities can ponder

DISHONEST HARVEY ALBERG, deaf one minute, he can hear crystal clear the next - conveniently hard of hearing when asked about board meeting minutes and finances, steps in it again on the Patch:

Unfortunately for your position on the matter, I think the Mayor will keep the money and use it to help fund the new access station. New contracts won't be negotiated until next year so there will be no immediate lump sum coming from the cable companies. But this will be a long process. Some have said that it can be done quickly and easily. Groups have to make presentations to the Mayor, A Corporation has to be formed. Then interviews for manager, etc. Cash flow estimates along with budgets have to be presented even before interviews so salaries can be offered. A location has to be secured. Then the buildout and wiring, etc. Whatever is decided is out of our hands. Time will tell.

The imbecile who was part of a conspiracy to defraud the cable TV subscribers (Definition:

verb
verb: defraud; 3rd person present: defrauds; past tense: defrauded; past participle: defrauded; gerund or present participle: defrauding
  1. 1.
illegally obtain money from (someone) by deception.)
Is adding his unwanted two cents as if anyone can believe a thing that lying fraud, the Bernie Madoff of Medford/Malden, has to say after he stole so much from the citizens like the deceptive thief-in-the-night that he is.

    BIG CONSPIRACY
In criminal law, a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime at some time in the future.
    Who are the conspirators?
    Harvey Alberg
    Doria Pizzotti Alberg
    Ronald DeLucia
    Francis R. Pilleri Jr.
Person up on charges of a false bomb threat and his juvenile accomplice
    Carl Galusi, former vice president
    Arthur Alan Deluca
    Michael J. McGlynn
There are more, as y'all know.  And millions and millions of dollars not properly accounted for
      __________________________
IN ANY EVENT, Alberg is lying again.  Access could have been broadcast on Channel 3 prior to the election with the same situation RCN has when stations are not available.  Alberg is too stupid and inexperienced in access to know how it really works.  He wormed his way in to steal from the community and has not a clue about anything but thievery, malfeasance and harassing anyone looking in to his dirty dealings.
    ______________________________
The Mayor knows we can also have a station up and running temporarily while all the new t's are crossed and i's dotted, but that is not in the McGlynn scheme, his agenda was to deprive residents of access during an election cycle, and now it is to keep cronies like Jack Dumpster Dempsey in control to stifle free speech.

Class Action suit is awaiting in the wings.

Anyway, a public records request has asked for bank records of the soon to be defunct TV3 and we have a council meeting tomorrow where we will start the dissection of the bad business practices of Ronald Delucia, Frank Pilleri, Harvey Alberg and Art Deluca.

Ya think they are going to show up and scream "autonomous corporation" now that they were forced to hand the books over a la Stanley Komins?

By the way, multiple government agencies are watching the proceedings with a microscope.

When city councilors start filing public records requests and putting it on the record, well, Pilleri has no more access TV to dangle in front of Michael Marks to keep him silent anymore does he.  Marks got my vote on loan, now he has to earn it.

Ron "Joe" Swanson slaps Alberg's confusing rant right down

Note to "Ron" - Harvey Alberg has made a cottage industry of taking things out of context, coming up with red herrings like "toxic mold" and sleight of hand because he is a crook who stole the money along with his two partners-in-crime.

November 10, 2013 at 08:13 PM Nobody is advocating the position of refunding the PEG fee because someone didn't watch local access. That is just adding a hypothetical to confuse the situation, which is the fees paid during the time local access wasn't airing. I'm sure if the Mayor returned that money to Comcast and Verizon they could easily give a credit to anyone who was a subscriber during those months (assuming their systems function better than a federal healthcare exchange!)"

Harvey Hellberg speaketh again with forked tongue:
    November 10, 2013 at 03:15 PM
Ok...now I see the problem...you are using common sense and what is reasonable. Lol! Oh but if it were based on that. Unfortunately, contract law might trump common sense in this case. And, of course, no one has addressed the so called "elephant in the room"......

The real Elephant in the room is that Boston resident Jim Tuberosa, not even eligible to cablecast on TV3 and with staffers paid for by us to produce his right-wing nonsense, told us in a conference call that Harvey Alberg PERSONALLY told him that the conspiracy was to "collapse the corporation" and run off with the monies.

The corporation is soon-to-be-gone, and no one can see the books thus far.

what about the people who to this day have never watched cable access? Do they deserve more? Or less? After all, they always were forced to pay for a service they never wanted and never watched. Maybe they should get a refund from the beginning of their cable contract. And where would that money come from? It would be nice if it were simple, wouldn't it. Good healthy discussion though and thanks for bringing it up, Ron
