THE DEFINITION OF FREEDOM:

Wouldn't any good attorney tell that individual to keep his mouth shut? Does his attorney even know about the crazed rant on the Madonna site?
Common sense dictates that vicious individual should fess up to his attorney the rants on the web after his arrest. Unbelievable.
The Medford individual noted above harassed and abused a special needs person. He called that harassment his "artistic freedom." It was horrific, involved many women at Stop & Shop, and was pure THIRD PARTY HARASSMENT or - as Kelly McGillis noted in the movie THE ACCUSED when she was playing an ADA, "CRIMINAL SOLICITATION." The TV3 crowd still doesn't get it. They have NEVER held themselves accountable for their vile and despicable actions, their abuse of the court system (found "guilty" (to use Ron DeLucia's insane vernacular) on three charges of Anti-SLAPP violations as well as prematurely appealing their losses)
What that disturbed individual does not understand is that the city of Medford breathed a collective sigh of relief upon the day of his arrest, his arraignment and now, the verdict of a grand jury to move the case from District Court to SUPERIOR COURT.
We are not gloating. We victims are angry that it took Law Enforcement THIS LONG TO ACT on substantial evidence
Osama Bin Laden thought he had the "artistic freedom" to hurt people. Tv3 thinks much like Osama Bin Laden. The dirty entrenched cronies felt entitled to bully an entire city because they were LYING about meeting minutes, board members and financial aspects of the publicly funded non-profit. Now you see the result of their dictatorship: a key figure, the central harasser at tv3, finally arrested and...not believing that the criminal activities at TV3 were WRONG!
The Big Question for Paul A. Camuso: Was TV3 equipment used for the "FALSE BOMB THREAT" or any other seedy, underhanded purposes? Did Emerson College illegally get to use TV3 equipment, as alleged and noted to the City Solicitor by a former host from the station when it was at the high school?

The District Attorney's office has gotten an EARFUL about the vicious and vindictive "artistic freedom."
One police officer allegedly said to a special needs victim that the individual is going away for "a long time."
A city councilor (and not the usual councilor) said they hope that the person expressing faux "artistic freedom" gets 25 years.
That's how the city feels about that dishonest serial harasser who refused to give a senior citizen a VHS tape back. You read that correctly, the senior citizen, now deceased, allegedly received an e mail from Mr. "Artistic Freedom" to give him a VHS tape to play on a sleazy and hopefully-soon-to-be-defunct non-profit, where the senior citizen was illegally banned by the criminal thieves known as the "entrenched cronies."
Mr. "Artistic Freedom" literally stole the old man's artistic work.
You see, it was all about the entrenched cronies.
Mr. "Artistic Freedom" allegedly committed perjury in Somerville District Court in February (probably 2011) when he was asked by a superb attorney if he was part of the "TV3 crowd."
The "witness" said "no."
There is also an allegedly false affidavit filed in Somerville District Court signed by that deranged individual. It also is allegedly PERJURY. Maybe a copy should be sent to the D.A.'s office and they can prosecute him for that as well.

When the defendant noted above wrecked a Wikipedia Page of an established rock journalist he called that malicious destruction of property "artistic freedom."- But the "Corel Award Winner" (bet they are eating their contest now!) was jealous, and starving for attention because some people do a good, clean, decent, honorable job of putting over 1000 hours of programming on the air, while the destructive, dangerous and allegedly psychotic individual thinks that threatening people is "artistic freedom."
- Word to the abuser: you are not an artist, and you do not deserve ANY "freedom" after the years of hateful, spiteful, vindictive attacks on this community.
- We are not gloating. We are thirsty for justice. Real justice. City Councilors are all breathing a sigh of relief that the dangerous individual was arrested (what does THAT tell you?) - a person who recklessly stole intellectual property (my songs, published without permission,) photographs of politicians' family members, mocked politicians despite his close alignment with a 501c3, even allegedly had a "leak" at the Police Department (that leak no longer saying anything complimentary about the defendant, certain sources telling us!)...well... Mr. Artistic Freedom will have four walls he can talk to and figure out that what he did was illegal (the theft of photographs, the violation of the police agreement, the G spot incident, the threats aimed at this writer, etc. etc. etc.)
- Poor Melissa had to endure his invective first. She is a nice person that didn't deserve "Mr. Artistic Freedom" harassing her, abusing the television station to hurt people, to be highly critical of people, to bash people, and to threaten people with.
That false bomb threat defendant ALWAYS threatened to hurt people on TV, and had a VIOLENT video that was punching an image of this writer, with stolen photographs using that image without permission!- "Artist Freedom" or theft of intellectual property and using violence to intimidate, bully, cyber bully and scare people into submission.
- That horrible and disgusting individual (and his disgusting board of directors colleagues and the hideous wife of a fraud board member) will never understand how many people he hurt, how deeply his invective cut, and why - no, the victims are not gloating, why the victims are RELIEVED that justice IS being served, and that individual who lived in a swank apartment or two had no "decency" - was not honest, and was a clear and present danger, a menace to society.
- That individual signed an agreement with the Medford Police Department to stop harassing a victim. The police had decided, after an evaluation, that the person being attacked by TV3 was "the victim.'
- ALONG WITH TELLING THIS WRITER ON THE PHONE THAT HE WAS THE VICTIM, THERE IS A POLICE DOCUMENT FILED APRIL 27, 2010 STATING THAT THIS WRITER IS THE VICTIM, AND THE THREE 'PERSONS OF INTEREST" WHO ATTACKED ME INCLUDED THE INDIVIDUAL NOW ARRESTED FOR A 'FALSE BOMB THREAT.'
- IT WAS NOT HIS 'ARTISTIC FREEDOM' TO COME UP TO CITY HALL TO STALK ME WHILE I WAS LEGITIMATELY ON THE AGENDA TO TALK ABOUT THE FILTH AND CORRUPTION AT THE PUBLIC ACCESS TV STATION, MALFEASANCE OF WHICH THE FALSE BOMB THREAT DEFENDANT WAS MOST LIKELY THE ARCHITECT OF. ALLEGEDLY
- That didn't sit well with Mayor McGlynn, but that was the evaluation by the police.
After the events of September 4th there were still videos and webpages attacking the victim.- The Delusional Defendant was publicly stating that he was in compliance when he was not.
- It took a false bomb threat for that person to FINALLY be arrested after years and years of harassing a senior citizen and calling him an "idiot" (not artistic freedom, just plain vulgar behavior,) dirty, sexually-charged mocking of a special needs person, including a "G SPOT" event that was so hideous, all the loser defendant can do is say it never happened.
We believe it did happen.- The sins of that individual are now roosting...staring him in the face...and he still doesn't get it.
