Notice the white lines around potholes, this is where the city is going to patch broken roads.
How did we get these repairs? A resident of
Garfield Ave (gee, wonder who?) went to the third floor of City Hall and put in a request for the repair. It was his SECOND REQUEST.
Citizens need to be proactive and alert city hall to the broken roadways and demand they repair our infrastructure.
There's a metaphor here as well. The bizarre Malden stalker reported to the police (I intend to press charges on her after they run her license plate) drove by this exact patch of roadway (one could surmise she was so overweight that she caused the road to crack.) The other oddity is that this is exactly where the dude from "parking enforcement" put the vehicle on the sidewalk. It is EXACTLY where the dude illegally parked.

There's a big difference between news gathering and talking about knowing how to use a gun, walking up behind a victim and shooting a photo of her victim to intimidate and bully.
A big difference when an obese woman with a chubby face forces herself on a homosexual man at his home.
That is ugly and that is now a matter for law enforcement.
