Alberg financial brags about ballot- stuffing awards
the old fraud never won, but fails to be honest
with possible clients about the disgraceful Tv3 Shutdown And
Allegations of racism

Or that Fraudberg himself was said - in court papers - to have BRUTALIZED a victim Alberg bullied and still bullies to this day.

So we wrote to SendIt7 to solve the problem!!!

Dear Solve it 7:

The city of Medford has no public access tv because the outgoing Mayor, McGlynn, despises transparency. So cable TV subscribers pay Verizon and Comcast - millions of dollars, and get nothing in return.

In 2010 and 2011 alone we paid 1.7 million for a service that is DENIED Medford residents, especially during critical election cycles.

Last Friday, June 5, I met with Medford State Rep Christine Barber and council candidate Attorney Neil Osborne.  I explained to them how simple it is to put a mobile camera in action to cablecast over (what is now) the next 144 days to November 3.

On Saturday I spoke with Winchester Town Manager and former Malden Mayor Richard Howard and another Winchester politician (I believe it was Selectmen Stephen Powers,) and on Sunday I saw Senator Pat Jehlen and we again discussed the issue.

This is a serious situation with Mayor Michael J. McGlynn using the monies for three teachers (public records request revealed 200k a year goes to Lisa Dunphy, Allison Goldsberry and Jack Dempsey from the P/E/G access TV monies) - meanwhile the Mayor has two daughters who teach at the McGlynn School and, according to another public records request, receive about 100k between them annually, about a half a million dollars in 5 years.

Now, if the P/E/G access monies free up salary, and the Mayor's daughters get to teach at that high price, it becomes pretty clear that the Mayor's priorities are his family and not the residents of Medford.

We have 144 days to election day.  We have no public access TV as Stoneham, Malden, Arlington, Somerville, Burlington, Boston, Woburn have.

The voters are at a disadvantage, the candidates running for office are at a disadvantage, and the Mayor laughs because he can have his chosen candidates slip through with no transparency.

While the former Medford public access non-profit, according to the Attorney General's office, is being stopped from dissolving and disclosure of material might impede "law enforcement" (do the math on that,) one of the rogue MCC TV3 board members, Harvey Alberg, brags to potential customers of his Alberg Financial that under him Tv3 won "awards." Those alleged awards came at a high price and it seems TV3 paid cable tv subscriber monies to enter multiple categories just to brag, no substance behind it.  Meanwhile, Alberg won't tell his potential clients the allegations of racism, homophobia and how the Mayor finally forced the perpetually embattled bullies on the board of TV3 to just go away.

The City Solicitor demanded financial records and meeting minutes, Solicitor Rumley huffing and puffing but - alas - making the community wait, of course.

Here's what the City Solicitor said to a retired judge about the situation, and seven years later there is still no access tv:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing)

We need help in Medford during this election cycle.  State Rep Donato calls political speech "the most protected right," but Donato - accurately spelled State Rep "Do Nada" from Camp Granada (a word play on former special sheriff and McGlynn cousin Atty. John Granara of the disgraced Sheriff DiPaola's office) - Donato yells and screams when his show doesn't air, but he don't give a damn if YOUR show is not cablecast.  Donato met with me years back and said Jack Dempsey would play my show if it had educational guests (paraphrased.)  The show never aired, thanks to State Rep Do-nada.

Please help us get our TV station on the air.

The election is November 3rd and there's no free speech in Medford.
