Edward P. Finn, City Clerk, ignored this mess for months and months until one journalist published the photos that had the junk removed from our People's Forum, but not after one of its largest crowds attended a night where the city came out against heroin abuse.

So when your city had to address a serious problem, remember why you pay sloppy Ed about 100k to have a huge crowd have to walk by this garbage

 Anyone with MEDFORD PRIDE will demand the resignations of Mark Rumley, whose office was a couple of doors down from this garbage heap, and Ed Finn, who passed the buck to a senor citizen instead of taking personal responsibility.  The hack ex-football player jerk.
