Cop caught on dash cam threatening to ‘blow a hole’ through driver’s head

Medford Police Detective Stephen Lebert was caught on a dash cam video threatening to “blow a hole” through a driver’s head after he pulled over the man while in plain clothes. Lebert has been placed on administrative leave.
