ZERO TOLERANCE, the only solution.
Chief Sacco needs to demand ZERO TOLERANCE AND FIRE LEBERT or Chief Sacco must resign.
You
can't be Police Chief of 58,000 or so people and allow violence like
that to fester in Medford on the police force. Either LeBert goes, or
the Chief and the Mayor must go. It is that simple.
When
two of the highest ranking officials in Medford fail to fire Stephen
Lebert after the most vicious of threats are made against a citizen, it
becomes clear that Mayor McGlynn and Chief Sacco need to step
down immediately.
Imagine if I said those things to Stephanie Muccini-Burke or Adeline DiPaola? Think about it!
Imagine if Jenna Tarabelsi said what LeBert said to Jennifer McGlynn Belanger or Amanda McGlynn?
See the double standards in Medford?
Stephen LeBert can threaten a man in the most vicious of fashion. If Ed Finn chest bumps and screams bloody murder at a 61 year old man, McGlynn offers a toast for/to the City Clerk.
If Jay Griffin chest-bumped Sheila Halmkin McGlynn and screamed bloody murder at her, he would be arrested.
THAT is how business is conducted in the city of Medford. Unfairly under McGlynn.
Chief Sacco and Mayor McGlynn's responses to the LeBert terrorist attack on a motorist are chilling.
They are deficient.
McGlynn
and Sacco are acting as if this is Alan Doherty getting overpaid for
doing nothing. It isn't. This is violence going unaddressed by law
enforcement.
LeBert didn't run his usual red light. LeBert made violent death threats.
LeBert looked inebriated on the video. Where's the breathalyzer?
LeBert was driving his truck, was he asked about alcohol by his fellow officers?
On the day that the news broke on LeBert, Monday, July 27th, a citizen filed an application for a criminal complaint on a violent action by Medford City Clerk Edward P. Finn. Already
the Medford City Solicitor is spinning his self-crafted fiction about the event, saying there is no evidence when the City Council Vice President stated that she heard an "argument."
There was no argument as the victim didn't say a word. Clerk Finn was screaming bloody murder at the victim and then chest bumped him in a frightening, unethical, hideous way.
Rumley knows it. Rumley is the consummate liar. The residents know the truth about the corrupt Administration of Michael J. McGlynn. It is rotten to the core.
Chief Sacco isn't Roger Goodell screwing up when a football player beats his wife.
There's always real law enforcement to bring the football player to court to be judged by a jury of his peers after the NFL puts money over public safety.
Lebert didn't just run a red light this time, LeBert was caught red handed, the blood dripping from his trigger finger. The hothead who has been an awful cop in Medford is
caught with his pants around his ankles, and exposed.
And Mayor McGlynn didn't call for an immediate firing, damn whatever the union says.
Chief Sacco didn't call for LeBert to be fired. It doesn't matter if the motorist cut LeBert off, flipped him the bird, gave him high beams, no off-duty cop has the right to threaten to blow
someone's brains out. Not in this climate of escalated tensions between the public and the police.
Mr. McGlynn and Chief Sacco's insensitivity to that fact is wrong. If they can't fire LeBert after this performance, the unbridled evil of Stephen LeBert exposed for the world to see, then McGlynn and Sacco need to lose their pensions.
NEWS MEDIA NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS HOW BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED IN MEDFORD UNDER MCGLYNN'S ADMINISTRATION.
IT IS ALL ABOUT MCGLYNN'S GREED AND HIS ABUSE OF THE SYSTEM FOR HIS OWN PERSONAL GAIN. STEPHEN LEBERT HAS EXPOSED THIS FLAW OF
MICHAEL J. MCGLYNN'S IN A HUGE WAY.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH MCGLYNN
Prior to Gary Zappelli getting arrested twice, McGlynn and the Medford Police had the victim "MEDIATE" with his attackers. Mediate.
When
two of the highest ranking officials in Medford fail to fire Stephen
Lebert it becomes clear that Mayor McGlynn and Chief Sacco must resign.
ZERO TOLERANCE. ZERO TOLERANCE.
ZERO.
