Dear Council Vice President Lungo-Koehn:

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)A deep CORI check on Paul A. Camuso, the individual allegedly heading the Transition Team for Muccini-Burke

2)Any sealed records from the court system regarding Paul A. Camuso; in this position of transition team, anything less would be a slap in the face to the citizens of Medford

3)Any police reports filed on Paul A. Camuso

4)Any restraining order documents filed on Paul A. Camuso

5)Any other documents which the city council feels would provide transparency and give the

public assurance that a criminal isn't setting up the new Administration

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
