The s.0.b (Solicitor of Boorishness) doesn't like a water pistol comment
If they try to arrest me they will get sued
Meanwhile Rumley's best friend's brother, a cop, punched a woman in the mouth
Rumley thinks that this behavior is acceptable, but when TV3 aired THE CHUMLEY REPORT the solicitor went out of his mind.
Talk about double standards and hypocrisy.
When TV3 bashed Rumley relentlessly he came
to me to make a DVD copy for him and for Judge Jackson-Thompson. He
took the copies, never offered to pay me for them or for my time. When a
TV3 person nearly punched me in front of his door, there was no help
from City Hall. Giving 120% in the wrong direction is not acceptable.
On Thursdays Mark Rumley allegedly was at Somerville District Court on
company time making money allegedly as a bill collector for credit card
companies. He's angry with me for alerting the public to the fact that
our City Solicitor making over 100k a year was effectively
"moonlighting," no matter what spin McGlynn may have put on it to give
Mr. Rumley "permission." Is that fair, Sharon? 120% effort when it
comes to his own reputation (vis a vis the TV3 DVD,) or his own
interests with the second job (and sharing an office in Haines Sq. at
the time with State Rep Donato,) but not 120% when Mr. Rumley totally
tried to embarrass Bob Penta and later apologized to Mr. Penta,
allegedly, for not being truthful about the city Auditor being able to
handle two jobs when one conflicted with the other. 120%? In which
direction, certainly not to help the city if these instances are as true
as I believe them to be. My first meeting with Mr. Rumley, as I stated
at the City Council, was early 2003. When an autistic man complained
that he was harassed at TV3 Medford (as many people were,) shockingly,
the person claims that McGlynn and Rumley still wanted him to go back to
the station (and put up with the abuse.) Mr. Rumley gave legal advice
to an attorney who was a cousin of Mayor McGlynn's after I personally had a judge (Judge Timothy Gailey)
throw that individual off of a case; the judge calling him "conflicted." Rumley
was my witness, under subpoena, but the attorney was Rumley's late brother's
best friend.
So Rumley, who was on the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. possibly two times, threw me under the bus when I had beaten the TV3
people thoroughly in Cambridge District Court. That is NOT what a city
solicitor is supposed to do, and these stories are the tip of the
iceberg. Rumley has been in power too long and does not do the best for
the residents of Medford.
TV3 used the resources to bash the church that I attend.
It was religious discrimination and bias and Rumley did not defend me. Not once. Not at all. Just lip service to the victim and no courage fighting the bullies.
Why? Because Rumley himself has proved to be an abusive bully derelict in his duties and being every bit as over the top and out of order as the delinquents at MCC TV3.
