DEATH BY COP

Person With Asperger’s Who Made Viral Video With Service Dog Shot Dead by Police

Clark’s mother Stacia told the New York Daily News officers were well aware of Clark’s special needs before entering the residence. “Before the police arrived [he] wasn’t posing a threat to the community at all,” said Stacia, who referred to Clark by his legal name, Danielle Jacobs. “And the police came into [his] own place. They shot and killed a 24-year-old autistic, mentally ill individual whom they had been familiar with and aware of [his] special needs.”

Detective Esteban Flores, of the Mesa Police Department, confirmed to AZ Family that officers responded to a suicide call at the same residence two years earlier. When officers made contact with Clark on Thursday, he told them he had a knife and was going to hurt himself,

Both officers fired their weapons, he said. 'My daughter died asking for help' Jacobs mother, Stacia, told CNN affiliate KPHO that police overreacted. She said nobody was in danger. "My daughter died for asking for help," she said Friday. "She was in her own place. And regardless of what she was thinking, what she was doing, she wasn't posing a danger to the community.

The above is a new story about the Mesa police as told to the New York Times.  The horrific event happened on Thursday, Feb 4, 2016

POLICE in Medford, Massachusetts appear to go after people that they deem have "issues."

Jimmy Lee will punch a woman, and Police Chief Sacco will make a crude and inappropriate remark.

"This young lady has had a number of issues," (Medford Police Chief) Sacco said.

Ya think, Chief Sacco?  Issues like getting slugged by an officer of the "law" who allegedly was having an affair behind his wife's back and decided to punch a woman he allegedly made love to.

Issues?   Yeah, she got slugged by some psycho

“LeBert was acting like a madman, unprofessional and unbecoming behavior from an officer,” she wrote in the complaint. “LeBert was totally harassing and threatening me this whole time, for what reason, I have no idea.”
Before he let her go that night, LeBert did one more thing: He handed her a ticket for $25. Not parked in a marked space, it said.

YEAH, YEAH, YEAH - A NUMBER OF THINGS, LIKE RESIGNING IN DISGRACE, LEO.

BE A MAN ABOUT IT AND RESIGN.

Medford Police Chief blames self for officer's video tirade
http://www.heraldnews.com/article/20150821/BLOGS/150828855

Medford Police have been through a lot of mud --- whether with Exam Scam or the Depositor's Trust theft --- and come out the other side, with many other officers working hard at their jobs without any trouble.
It just takes one incident like this to bring the city and its police force back down.
Hopefully, officials use this incident to take a cold, hard look at the entire department. Maybe if there are others in trouble, now is the time to act and get them the help they need.   (HOPEFULLY, NELL?  Not with a scurrilous woman who holds back the news and plays favorites editing the local weekly paper - editor.)

The Boston Globe
Aug 13, 2015 - Medford Police Chief Leo Sacco said he told the now 31-year .... his opinions of McMillan—who he called a repeat complainer—to affect his .

  QUALITY POLICING THROUGH COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT...

COMMUNITY GETS INVOLVED, THEY GET CALLED NAMES BY THE CHIEF (WHO (SACCO)CALLED A REPEAT COMPLAINER)

THE POLICE BREAK INTO THEIR HOMES INSTEAD OF ARRESTING A MALDEN PSYCHOPATH

THEN THE POLICE REFUSE TO HELP ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, LIKE WHEN THE MAYOR'S ATTORNEY COUSIN THREATENS TO STRANGLE A MAN

OR WHEN A CITY CLERK GETS VIOLENT.

ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD OF MEDFORD POLICE CHIEF LEO A. SACCO, JR.  IT'S EVERYONE ELSE'S FAULT, NOT HIS FOR ALLOWING LEBERT, STEPHEN, TO FESTER OUT OF CONTROL.

GUESS THIS WOMAN DESERVED IT.

MEANWHILE, THIS TUESDAY AT THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDFORD, 2/9/16, THERE WILL BE A DISCUSSION OF THE BOMB THREATS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AND POSSIBLY HOW THE SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT DOESN'T WANT TO KEEP THE PUBLIC INFORMED

TIME FOR AN OVERHAUL OF THE POLICE STATION, A NEW BUILDING, REMOVAL OF THE BAD APPLES, A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE LACK OF ETHICS BY THE CHIEF.

BUT NOT IN MEDFORD WHEN YOU HAVE A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR AS A SOLICITOR

Officer Lee's brother was the best friend of the City Solicitor.  No wonder a VIOLENT COP got away with PROBATION!

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury
on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

Mark Rumley CANNOT back up his words with his actions which are in direct conflict with that statement.

ARTICLE ON JAMES LEE   10/18/10

DEATH OF JAMES DIPAOLA  11/26/10

Medford police sergeant under investigation after domestic dispute

Sacco said Medford investigators have begun taking statements about the case, and called into question the source of the allegations against Lee.

"This young lady has had a number of issues," Sacco said. "If Sergeant Lee struck her, it was wrong. But she has a history."

(WE heard that Lee allegedly didn't just "strike" her; that he punched her so hard in the mouth that she required eight stitches; allegedly, James Lee has punched a number of people and recently (allegedly) had surgery on his hands.  Was the hand surgery related to repeated abuse of citizens - men and women?)

The woman says in the filing that she required stitches to her lip at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, and police refused to take a statement regarding her injuries.
