State Rep Paul Donato

Medford, MA 02155

781-395-1683:

Dear State Rep Donato:

Awhile back you cracked a joke about the TV3 treasurer's alleged incompetence:  "Poor Connie Murphy has trouble breaking a twenty."  Did you do the follow-up and ask why a man you determined to be senile was the "treasurer" of a 501c3 which claimed they were "guilty of sloppy bookkeeping" - that statement made to the Medford City Council by a suspicious individual who lives a few doors down from Martha Coakley.

With the A.G.'s office yet to make a determination on the dissolution of TV3, and with Mark Rumley throwing the hot potato at the AG instead of adhering to his obligation to the community (again) the cable TV rate payers get ripped off and do not get the services they've been paying for monthly.

Rumley's failure to have an election for the board of TV3 in Jan of 2008, Rumley failing to PROPERLY follow through on the Judge Jackson-Thompson fiasco, Rumley failing to get the financial records and meeting minutes that he promised in July of 2014- all rather cozy when Mr. Rumley shared an office with you and was on the board of directors of MCC itself.

I submit to you that Mark Rumley is too conflicted having been the mayoral appointee to the board.  Mr. Rumley, in his office, showed me an e mail where Frank Pilleri attempted to have a board meeting without Rumley present.  Do we believe it?  Or do we take it as a ploy to make us think that Rumley is not very friendly with the TV3 people. His dereliction of duty in regard to the promises Rumley has made the city, where his allegiance (and ostensibly, his oath of office) are required, is infuriating to cable TV subscribers screwed month after month paying for a service Rumley finds every excuse in the book not to provide. See the new stunt in the Medford Transcript this week where Solicitor Rumley doesn't think computers for access should be housed at the Medford Library, but a computer some alleged pedophile uses downstairs at the library doesn't appear to break the deed with Thatcher Magoun.

Such double-talk and nonsense is an insult to ever ratepayer of cable tv services.  Rumley is the poor man's Roy Belson and Belson is the picture of embattled with about 150 signatures on a petition that is obviously designed to remove Belson from the school system.

Which, of course, brings us back to access TV, Rumley wanting it at the school, the residents wanting it at the library.

We don't want Roy Belson at the school being anywhere NEAR access TV, and Mark Rumley can't - or won't - see the forest for the trees on access TV issues.  What are you going to do about it, Rep Donato?

State Rep Donato, here's what we request:

1)That Mark Rumley recuse himself from the investigation for being too conflicted as an ex board member of TV3

2)That the AG's office question former board members, Daniel Ryan Mailhiiot, Steve Marra, Mark Rumley, Deric Dyer, etc etc. and find out what they know and when they knew it.

Rumley was on the board, how can he sit there and think he doesn't have a conflict?  Because he was the mayor's appointee?  Please.  His inaction gives citizens reasons for concern on this.  We want answers.

3)Harvey Alberg filed for bankruptcy.  Has the city written to Attorney Gary W.Cruickshank and asked to freeze the assets of Harvey and Doria Alberg in case they owe the citizens of Medford?

Mr. Alberg still has a fraudulent address on the corporate papers of TV3, 625 High St, which does not exist, although he has had at least four other addresses while sitting on the board of TV3, none of them found on corporate documents the president signed under the penalties of perjury.

A TV3 insider tragically passed away on May 3.  What information did he have and has the city interviewed all of the TV3 insiders to get to the truth?

We demand answers and appropriate counsel to find the truth about TV3.

Right now we get lip service and no information from city hall
