More lighting in many parts of the community, in particular some of the business districts.

Late night solicitors not allowed except for religious groups or political speech.

Marks says that Verizon and Comcast go back and forth with people looking for customers.


Monthly Community Policing Meeting...people go in and vent and never receive any feedback from the police department on improving policing etc.

7:57 pm Michael Marks, eloquently noting about the Field of Dreams and the cell tower which would pay for the field and the upkeep of the field. That fell through.

Mayor McGlynn stating that they are going to get a fair amount of revenue for the Field of Dreams, to pay for the bond, the interest and any maintenance costs.  The superintendent was at a public safety meeting "and he, indeed, said the same thing...and put it in an e mail to a resident' and Marks reads it:


"The payment for the bond ...

I don't know why the superintendent has a lapse of memory.

The bond was going to be paid for ...
