Conflict of Interest - Medford City Hall and beyond...

698,159 @ 11:33 AM

At Winchester TV the long-time "president" of the board of directors decided to preside over an investigation into the TV station.   That's like Mike McGlynn presiding over the investigation of Mike McGlynn since she was the allegedly guilty party! letting the stuff happen on her watch.

(Also, she forced herself in when it was someone else's gig...sound familiar?  Didn't Freddy Dello Russo, Jr., Prank Filleri, Dick Cheney and Pope Benedict Arnold pull the same stunts? )

So now we have an ex- board member of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. (there are MANY of them) deciding that he will oversee the financial records and meeting minutes of his pals that he was engaged with on the TV3 Board.

Too funny, if it wasn't sick.

How can some lawyer decide he will investigate the very board that he sat on, and tell us (specifically, telling me via public records request which I then pass on to you, dear readers) that he doesn't believe there are meeting minutes.

Duh.

OK, news flash to the City Solicitor, I'm currently on a board of directors (I decided to step down soon and, lo and behold, that board may dissolve anyway, but that's a story for another day) and one of the board who was supposed to take the meeting minutes wasn't writing them down.

So, Mr. Rumley, guess what?  I wrote them down. And then a third board member who is proficient in this said he would do the job, and - voila - we have meeting minutes.

It's not that hard, Mark, if you sat on a board, to get e mails and information and put together your own meeting minutes, a sketch if you will, for the public to see SOMETHING, even if they aren't official minutes under Robert's Rules of Order or whatever standard meeting minutes are held to.

So let me get this straight, I, Pro Se Jose, who is not a lawyer, had the good sense to write down meeting minutes and get my fellow board members WITH THE PROGRAM, but a lawyer for the city of Medford who took an OATH to get the job in the city of Medford, ho hum, can't tell us where the meeting minutes are when he sat on the damn board itself!

Not to mention the fact that a derelict in his duties lawyer who is required to make sure a 501c3 with obligations to the city (the equipment) has meeting minutes is now telling us that the board he sits on has no meeting minutes (ostensibly, allegedly, purportedly) and...oh, right, he's the dude investigating them.

NOW do the simple math:

1)Mark Rumley sat on a board but didn't ensure meeting minutes were taken ...and doesn't have copies

2)Mark Rumley knew through this journalist that an informant (JT, former business partner of Harvey Alberg,) informed me in advance that Prank Filleri had no attention of living up to his word and keeping an election of January 19, 2008 at city hall.   Rumley knew and wasn't prepared and Frank did what Rumley was informed he would do.

3)There was no election, and the angry rabble at TV3 decided to sue, sue, sue, costing the city and citizens time and money, and they lost big time, including being "convicted of" Anti-SLAPP on three occasions. (The judge found that they had violated anti-SLAPP; technically they weren't "guilty" in a court of law...yet...as it was a civil case, BUT, since that rat Ron DeLucia lies to the public, and admits that if he keeps telling a lie some people will believe it, that prevaricator giving out his secret formula, would tell the public in scandalous, profane and slanderous filth from his dirty forked tongue, Delucia would slander a man saying he was "convicted" in a court of law, when he wasn't, and then Delucia's band of merry liars and dishonest individuals published that on television for 24 hours, making their slander a case of libel as well.)

Mark Rumley allowed this to happen because the city solicitor was either asleep at the wheel, which we doubt, or was ordered to by a creepy ex-mayor who had pizza with the bastards from TV3, which is far more believable.

Conflict of Interest: The fellow that sat on the board, appointed by the mayor, and who didn't demand meeting minutes as I did; I, a non-lawyer, demanding meeting minutes, when a lawyer did not demand meeting minutes that we know of (allegedly) is now the guy investigating his friends, like that creepy old witch at the tv station next door with another corrupt board of directors who have been in like Prankie's crew for far too long.

More on this story of morons soon!
