Dear AG's Office,

A citizen said to me "TV3 won't go to the City Council to discuss the station when it is on the agenda, they wait until after they hear citizens complaining, then they pontificate more diversions and untruths., The most least credible person in Medford is Arthur Alan Deluca, put on the board of directors by Frank Pilleri, but DeLuca has admitted he was locked out of many Executive Sessions. How can he be taken seriously when the Department of Elder Affairs has reportedly investigated him for NUMEROUS attacks on seniors, including myself and reportedly someone who puts a roof over the ungrateful degenerate's head.  The individual, Deluca, has lied to the Medford Police on numerous occasions, the evidence handed to me by City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley on or about January 7, 2014 via public records request.

Please ask Mr. Rumley for copies of the response to that request and you will be able to see the lies and obstructions to the police by Art Deluca, board member of the station which has fraudulently put false addresses on corporate documents, including misspelling Deluca's name as Delucca, ostensibly so that people can't find him in corporate searches.

Deluca says in these rants on Facebook that the AG's office has absolved them, while your office in response to public records requests stated clearly that you cannot divulge information at this time as it could impeded LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Please read these rants from DeLuca carefully and understand again that he is the de facto spokesperson for the 5 person board and former board members.

Please let the Medford residents know where our cable TV monies are...38,000.00 $$ is unaccounted for, and Mr. DeLuca is spreading information that the AG has "cleared" them.

If so, let us here it from you and the citizens can decide if they want to press for a Class Action suit to recover any missing monies - even if the station is "cleared" by the Divison of Public Charities as Deluca seems to be claiming.

Thank you for your immediate response to this important issue

Respectfully,

JV
