ALONG WITH THE THOUGHT THAT MATT PAGE LIEBERMAN AND ART DELUCA WILL WANT TO DESTROY ACCESS, ATTACK PEOPLE, VIOLENTLY ASSAULT PEOPLE OR HARASS THEM, MRS. BURKE HAS ANOTHER PROBLEM:
HERSELF!
Mrs. Burke Withholding Access TV / Locust St. one of the major reasons
By Joe Viglione
July 19, 2016 at the City Council of Medford, I intend to give an overview of our access TV needs and how other cities and towns are well positioned to keep their stations afloat once the cable TV providers finally pull the plug on funding.
Litigation against the city in the 61 Locust St. situation is the avenue that has thwarted Burke's outrageous plan for the old Shaw's building and property, and this writer has said for years that a Class Action suit is the most appropriate way for citizens, cable tv subscribers, civic groups and businesses to put a spotlight on how our First Amendment rights have been stripped away from us in Medford.
The city council's censorship tactics are in place to stop any resident from looking in to the backgrounds of an Adam Knight, Fred Dello Russo, Jr., George Scarpelli and others.
Did Scarpelli resolve the case where he is a defendant? And why were other councilors - and the public - not aware of Robert A. Maiocco's multiple problems at Wells Fargo, where Maiocco is no longer employed. Do you think it is a mere coincidence that the high and mighty Maiocco is both no longer on the council and no longer at Wells Fargo, or - cause and effect - perhaps a journalist's revelations about Maiocco put him out to pasture sooner than later.
July 19th the community needs to show its outrage. We can have access TV any time the Mayor gets off of her backside and puts pen to paper. She's intentionally dragging her feet because she feels intense scrutiny on Channel 3 will bring her headaches.
Mrs. Burke was once a proponent of access TV. Now that she's seized the levers of power in our city, she runs like a rat from the idea of transparency. It's a huge red flag.

NORWOOD
The Friends of the Council of Aging are looking to build a garage for their bus. Norwood Public Access is looking for one for their van.
“We’ve started to raise money toward building a garage for the bus,” said Bill McCoy, member of the Friends of the COA. “We think it belongs in a garage at night. It’s currently parked behind the police and fire station, which isn’t ideal during the winter.”
NPA-TV is in a similar situation.
