Two men suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a sheriff's deputy in Johnson County, Kansas, last week have been charged, prosecutors announced Tuesday.

William Luth, 24, and Brady Newman-Caddell, 21, both face charges of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of rape each and aggravated sodomy in connection to the case, according to KTLA sister station WDAF in Kansas City.

According to records, Luth is married and a car matching the description of the suspects' is registered to Luth's wife.
