TREE WARDEN: Thank you Breanna Lungo-Koehn for your letter to Aggie @ 7:07 am October 27, 2016
Aggie.
Have you talked to NG about what happened to make sure it was a one time mistake?
I ask because another resident approached me Tuesday about the same thing.
How are we making sure they aren't cutting down other trees or harming other trees without permission?
Thanks
Breanna

Dear Mr. Viglione,
Please know that no further action regarding the tree at 52 Garfield St is expected.
Also, please know that the City adheres to Mass General Laws, Chapter 87, regarding public shade trees.
As Tree Warden, I welcome participation by residents in sharing stewardship of our City trees. I look forward to further discussion with you and your neighbors who have expressed desire to improve the treescape on Garfield St, and with residents throughout Medford.
Sincerely,
Aggie Tuden
Tree Warden
