What did Harvey Alberg and his counsel think the judge was going to say when given the facts about Alberg's horrifying conduct when he helped run the 501c3 into the ground?
---Harvey Alberg no longer has a powerful TV signal to harass, bully and defame with.
Any judge in the land...heck, even Vladmir Putin would be disgusted with the president of Alberg Financial's antics when he controlled the media system and used it for his own personal gain
---Alberg's Chumley Report and Spotlight on City Hall are now remedies when Alberg and his unbalanced wife go after people and bully them.
SICK, SICK, SICK!
The woman pictured below from the Medford City Council declares that she's "just sick" after the Council called her "sick" and after she declared she wasn't "sick."
Then some obnoxious, vicious woman waddles up to the podium to basically spit at the Honorable Councilor who called her sick and yells "I'm not sick." A few moments later she fesses up and admits that she is "just sick."
Now that is someone in need of a script and some meds.

The audacity of Alberg actually putting into legal papers his inaccuracy as a financial manager was beyond brazen. Did Alberg think that his victim would not point out word-by-word how the "financial manager" didn't even know generally accepted accounting principles?
The
now-bankrupt "money manager' (that was the name of Alberg's tv show)
and his board of directors claiming that they did not know Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles, yet they had calls for action for
residents to talk to them about financial advice.
As I wrote in the Medford Transcript so many years ago:

Frankly, the Comcast subscribers who fund the enterprise don’t quite understand how individuals we never hired — who admit they don’t know how to count — are able to play with millions of dollars and not be held accountable to the people who fund the station.
It’s our money; we’d like to know how every dime is spent. Anything less should result in the police, the attorney general and the district attorney putting a focus on each and every member of the Board of Directors of TV3.
Why didn't Alberg provide EVIDENCE that he got a clean bill of health from the AG's office? Was it because he couldn't?
