If every vote counts, why did Al Gore concede (when he won both the electoral college and the popular vote) and Hillary beats out the clown by over two hundred thousand votes?
Republican control means no checks and balances that the founding fathers wanted.
The electoral college is an anachronism.
It does not fit in today's world.
