The ACM breathed a sigh of relief when TV3 Medford was dismantled, but the Medford community is still without access, despite Muccini-Burke's former desire to stand with the people.

At the city council, one of the individuals described as "sick" by the city council, the big phony Arvey Hellberg, would feign he couldn't hear what he didn't want to hear, a former board member of TV3 saying to this publication "Ever notice how HELLBERG hears "crystal clear" when it is what he wants to hear?
