ONGOING TV3 MESS: Rumley is part of the Problem; we need a solution only Outside Counsel can bring

On July 7, Rumley sent Pilleri a letter requesting financial data from MCC and information about where it transferred remaining assets. Rumley asked to receive the records by July 24.

Rumley had not received records from MCC as of the Transcript’s Tuesday print deadline.

Pilleri, however, said Rumley would receive the information from Jacobson by July 24. Pilleri said he did not know exactly what information Rumley would be receiving.

Here is a portion of the October 18, 2006 MCC TV3 meeting minutes. Note that they held monies at Brookline Bank and Century Bank.
Why is it so hard for City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley, who was appointed to the board at least once, maybe twice, to get that information? Could not the City Solicitor create his own meeting minutes from memory? This writer did on a radio board of directors that I served on...not from memory, I took the meeting minutes as they happened, even though it wasn't my obligation to do so.

Could not Rumley - as city solicitor - protect Medford cable TV subscribers by accessing the information from both banks?

Ron Delucia and Harvey Alberg purported to be "money managers" and reportedly used paid staff to produce their shows.  They made YOU learn how to use the equipment, those cheaters made paid staff work for the board.

Then - in an affidavit - one of them claims he "volunteered" when his FOR PROFIT business got an INFOMERCIAL wrongfully from a NON-PROFIT business.  There's also that little detail about attempting to get his friend from Savant Technology the web design gig where, potentially, a board member would profit.

That investigation is a separate one going to the office of the Attorney General.
