74 Prescott St Medford, MA 02155-3638
Dear Executive Director Donnelly:
Thank you for the information regarding the Chamber's by-laws:
"The by-laws include a section on expulsions and disciplinary action but these are based solely on a board member acting inappropriately in their official capacity as a board member representing the Chamber."
As with any organization, when a complaint is filed on a Bill Cosby or a Mel Gibson for allegations of serious wrongdoing, it is imperative that the organization suspend the individual until a full investigation can be initiated and concluded; it is urgent that an organization understand the gravity of a situation, especially in the case of Richard F. Caraviello, current President of the Medford City Council, who on January 31, 2017, had his malicious and unfounded criminal case against an innocent man fall apart and be dismissed by a judge.
There will be litigation against the city, against the Medford Police Department and against Mr. Caraviello personally, however, as a citizen of this city, I find it repugnant that a BOARD MEMBER of the Chamber of Commerce would indulge in such a spiteful, malevolent action against a citizen claiming that he, Caravielli, was a witness and claiming that an innocent man intimidated Mr. Caraviello when that someone is smaller thsn Caraviello and does not have his political clout
Our city cannot afford to have such ugly behavior representing our Chamber of Commerce or our City Council and as the victim of Mr. Caraviello's malicious mischief, I am speaking to a number of attorneys and government agencies, including but not limited to the State Ethics Commission, to see that Mr. Caraviello is exposed and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, if the law allows it.
Mr. Caraviello fraudulently pressed charges to stop a journalist from investigating his actions as a city councilor. That is so un-American and so detrimental to our society.
State Rep Paul Donato has said publicly about TV3 that political speech is "the most protected right," yet I didn't see Mr. Donato or Solicitor Rumley backing up such proclamations. or helping any resident victimized by the media blackout that was initiated by Michael J. McGlynn and continued by his surrogate, Stephanie Muccini Burke. The aforementioned Rumley is another charlatan who told a retired judge that he embraces free speech when the movements of Rumley's mouth are in direct conflict with the digitally recorded actions/ agitations performed by Rumley at Alden Chambers on the record for all to see.
Let's be honest here, E.D. Donnelly, the city of Medford has had a history of bad actors from a city clerk who looks like he's on a perpetual siesta at the city council meetings, the Wells Fargo phony Robert A. Maiocco, his nephew-by-marriage, reprobate Paul A. Camuso and that individual totally lacking in social skills, Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. - incorrigible individuals allergic to public service displaying complete contempt for the citizens they take too much money from. an infestation of negligent fakes masquerading as something they are not.
In other words, if the chamber is as negligent as those con artists referenced above, then it is time for us to set precedent and do something about it.
A two-faced bully like Mr. Caraviello, not certain if it is his day to be Mr. Jekyll or Dr. Hyde (you see, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde were one and the same, an expert on the subject, my dear friend the late professor Raymond T. McNally of Boston College explained to me on TV3 when I conducted what may have been the famous author's final interview,) is unfit, in my opinion, to be on the board of the chamber and also be caught by the court system making false charges against a citizen simply because the thin-skinned Caraviello cannot take criticism for his wrongful conduct.
So, Ms. Donnelly, let us set precedent. If the Commission has no rules which would expel a Donald Trump behaving badly, it is our obligation to stop the mischief and create rules that would send a message to the Richard F. Caraviello's of the world: you cannot be a board member of the council and file criminal charges against an innocent man simply because he called you out for: a)being on the fence, b)lying, c)being a bungler, d)a moonlighter and other such comments on Caraviello's failure to
do a job he was elected to do.
Caraviello, voting for his own pay raise, tells you all you need to know. Can you vote on your own pay raise, Ms. Donnelly?
At the city council of Medford when a PIVOTAL vote on my videotape of Mayor McGlynn and the pay to park fiasco came up, Caraviello left the council and told me he had to go work for his limousine company WHILE THE COUNCIL WAS TAKING A KEY VOTE, while the council was in session.
Under oath on the witness stand - if you listen to the trial tape - you will be disgusted by the answer Mr. Caraviello had when asked about his little episode of alleged moonlighting. A key piece of evidence that I intend to bring forward Cambridge District Court, January 31, 2017. I think the Chamber of Commerce needs to get a copy of that testimony and weigh if the person that gave that testimony should be a black eye on the Medford Chamber of Commerce.
Do you really think an individual that violates the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution by pressing false charges on a citizen is something the Chamber can be proud of?
Well, guess what? It isn't.
Let me know when I can speak to the board of directors about the actions of one Richard F. Caraviello. It is alleged that on the morning before the trial Caraviello was bragging that he was going to put his victim behind bars for many years. If true, do you want that kind of malicious person representing the chamber?
He must be removed from the board of the Medford Chamber of Commerce for what he did to a citizen for the past thirteen months.
Sincerely,
