the First Amendment. But Mayor Muccini-Burke needs a fraud like
Frederick N. Dello Russo Jr. to do her dirty work and harass the
citizens as former councilor Paul A. Camuso did in Medford's recent ugly
past history.

The victim calls the two councilors "ignorant" in the video.
Dello
Russo, a board member of the non-profit Still Water, comes from a long
line of criminal behavior. So why is he on the Medford City Council.
Worth repeating: Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr.
comes from a history of criminal family behavior, his grandfather Frederick and his
uncle Arthur sent to prison, his father assaulting a minor, SEVERELY BURNING the minor in the area of his groin, and now the third Dello Russo named Frederick continuing the law-breaking family history by violating his oath on the City Council - continuous First Amendment violations caught on camera
FULL STORY HERE
Add to that sick, vile behavior by the current council president, Richard F. Caraviello, who lost a criminal case in court on January 31, 2017 using the court system in a manner in which it was not intended to be used, is cause for immediate dismissal.
Caraviello attempted to silence a citizen who uncovers numerous instances of Caraviello's bad behavior, a clear violation of civil rights and a violation of the oath to uphold the Constitution.
In
Beaumont California, Brenda Knight (no relation to Medford's Adam
Knight that we know of, but how ironic) has stepped down from the
council for doing EXACTLY what Council President Caraviello has done: LIE ABOUT A CITIZEN SPEAKING AT THE COUNCIL BY FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT.
Beaumont California has a blogger similar to a journalist in Medford, Mass. equally ironic that those shining a light on corruption are often targeted by the guilty parties.

The TUMF $60 Million Judgement is an Immediate Debt that Must be Paid from the General Ledger.
On August 11, 2016, Mike Busch from Urban Futures, presented the City’s ‘Workout Plan to Sustainability’.
The ‘Plan’ did not include the TUMF Judgement owed to the Western
Riverside Council of Government, a bill that is now over $60 Million.
Busch gave the following reasons for not including the Judgement as:
“The model does not include
certain things. More specifically; any type of Judgement or Claims by
3rd Parties. More specifically; the WRCOG Judgement for two reasons.
One; that’s still a negotiated and litigated item. Secondly; it’s not a
general fund obligation. We focused primarily on the General Fund. Those

$1.6 Million was Paid to Urban Logic from the 2013 Series A Bond until March, 2015.
The Potrero Interchange is an estimated $77.4 Million Regional and

Councilmen Orozco and Condon Couldn’t Pass It Fast Enough. Maybe their Payoffs from Developers were Burning a Hole in their Pockets.
On August 16, 2016 the Beaumont City Council Approved continuing the Potrero Interchange Scam.
In a 3 to 2 vote Councilmen White and Lara attempted to explain why
the Project was fraudulent. Orozco, Knight, and Condon attempted to cut
off conversation to shut up their fellow Councilmen.
The parade of developers, lawyers, and consultants went on for an
hour. The Beaumont Taxpayers forked out thousands for Mike Busch from
Urban Futures to ‘sell it’ to Council.
Congrats to Mike Lara for stepping up to the plate and attempting to
reason with his fellow Councilmen, abet too little too late.…

open, honest competitive bids.
Item 15 of the Agreement states: “This Agreement shall terminate upon

Seven former city officials are about to enter pleas in sweeping criminal case that involves millions of dollars in public funds
The seven former Beaumont city officials charged in May
with 94 felony corruption counts, including embezzlement and
misappropriation of public funds, face a big day of court hearings
Friday, Aug. 19.
The case is as complicated as it is sweeping. Here’s how to make sense of the court case.
Who is in trouble?
The men who were entrusted to run the city, some for as long as two
decades. The former city manager, Alan Kapanicas; former police chief,
Francis Dennis “Frank” Coe; former city attorney, Joseph Aklufi; former
finance director, William K. Aylward; former public works director,
Deepak Moorjani; …
Beaumont’s
“Bridge to Nowhere” may finally lead somewhere after a divided City
Council voted to move forward with the long-delayed Potrero interchange
project.
The council voted 3-2 Tuesday, Aug. 16, with Mark Orozco, Brenda
Knight and Della Condon in favor and Mike Lara and Lloyd White opposed.
Plans are to build an interchange at Potrero Boulevard and Western
Knolls Avenue and a six-lane bridge over the 60 Freeway. Construction is
expected to open up development possibilities for more than 2,000 acres
of mostly empty land.
“This project is so important for Beaumont,” interim City Manager Richard Warne said. “Beaumont needs this.”
The project, on which Beaumont has already spent $11 million, has long been dormant – thus the nickname.
The …
The 2013 cost estimate presented to CalTrans for the Potrero Interchange Phase 1 was $23,000,000 and Phase 2 was $54,400,000.
Beaumont City Council August 16, 2016, Agenda Item 2: Potrero Interchange
Once again Beaumont Staff and Council are pulling the Potrero Interchange story to funnel money out of the City.
Staff Report page 7 states: “Urban Logic has been paid over $11,000,000 for this project.”
The ‘staff report’ did not include the $819,856 paid to Urban Logic
from the Bond Fund Accounts by the current City Council on March 17,
2015: http://www.ci.beaumont.ca.us/D…

Beaumont City
Councilwoman Brenda Knight will not seek a second term and four
candidates have qualified so far for the November election.
New candiates could emerge as the deadline to run has been extended until Wednesday, Aug. 17.
Brenda Knight, the mayor on the Beaumont City Council lied in a police report to try to censor a resident.
Medford's Rick Caraviello lied on a police report and allegedly lied under oath, dragged a citizen into criminal court where the citizen prevailed over the fraudulent Caraviello.
Medford's Rick Caraviello lied on a police report and allegedly lied under oath, dragged a citizen into criminal court where the citizen prevailed over the fraudulent Caraviello.
There
are more rumors swirling around the proprietor of RC Limos, who told a
resident he was skipping out of the council to drive a limousine when a
critical vote on Pay to Park was being taken.
Under oath on January 31, 2017, Caraviello, being questioned about moonlighting, denied that he engaged in stepping out on the council to drive a limo, though he told a citizen that is exactly what he intended to do.
The
police report Caraviello filed is dishonest, yet Caraviello has friends
in high places and the alleged criminal activity was never
investigated. Instead, they retaliated on the courageous citizen who
came forward to report the illegal activities of these so-called
"elected" officials. The 2015 election considered suspicious at best.
How can Still Harbor have such a fraud as Dello Russo on its board of directors, the immature and allegedly psychologically
damaged Frederick N. Dello Russo slamming doors at the city council
when a former council colleague speaks, and when a fellow homosexual
goes up to the podium to speak.
The thought that Dello Russo has a romantic crush on the citizen speaking at the council is a distinct possibility. The behavior of both Adam Knight and Frederick N. Dello Russo to the older fellow who is only fighting on behalf of the citizens
look like two school boys with a romantic crush on the older teacher.
They get giddy and run out on the council to seek attention from the
older man.
That
Dello Russo and Knight voted for their own pay raises and think nothing
of walking out on all the citizens paying their bloated salaries is
offensive and must be dealt with.
Yet
Council Vice President Michael Marks would rather hide his head in the
sand than file for sanctions on his colleagues. Marks will engage in a
hissing contest with the City Solicitor, another individual - Mark Rumley - with disturbing behavior, Michael Marks Gives Mark Rumley a Taste of his own Medicine 2-14-17 but Marks never takes it to the next level
to use his authority to shine a spotlight on activities by Caraviello,
Solicitor Rumley, Adam Knight, Fred Dello Russo Jr. - activities that
are detrimental to the city of Medford.
Medford, and Still Harbor, both need to investigate this egregious behavior and put a stop to it.
