RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER
RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER
is the Assistant City Solicitor
The new Public Records law is ten BUSINESS days, not ten regular days with the holiday in there, I'm expecting the access monies request to be returned next week
Kim Scanlon, assistant city solicitor is the new public access administrator or something (records access officer.)
For that 120k a year Rumley makes ...it is nice to have assistants
Let's see how they skip around this.
A second Public Records Request has Mr. Coddington at Medford Housing already wanting to charge hundreds of dollars and he wants an extension as well . In this computer age when everything should be online for the public to see, it is a huge red flag that they do not want to be transparent. Mr. Coddington dragging his feet is most disappointing...of course slogging through de mayonnaise is not easy these days, is it?

REMEMBER PAUL CAMUSO AS COUNCIL FRAUD PRESIDENT WANTING TO SAY SOMETHING NICE TO KIM SCANLON BUT HE COULDN'T REMEMBER HER NAME!
Camuso Parphrased, that old reprobate:
"And thanks to Kim duh duh duh duh...the Assistant City Solicitor." He seizes the council presidency but doesn't even know the name of the assistant solicitor when most of the residents do! McGlynn must make the sign of the cross every time Camuso puts foot in mouth, but you made the bed, Mikey, and when you wake up in the morning you find you have slept with the flea-bitten butcher boy! Frankie-the-father-in-law must spend hundreds of dollars in recliner chair fumigation per week!

Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request
Dear Keeper of the Records:
Dear Keeper of the Records:
This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
1)The documents containing the monies received by the city from Verizon and Comcast for the P/E/G access franchise fee funding from cable tv subscribers and any other monies from those providers and any other providers in regards to access TV for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017
2)The documents detailing how those monies are dispersed - the percentage for the Government channel, the Educational channel, the Public channel, the monies for P/E/G
3)The documents containing the exact amount of money put in to the General Fund for 2015, 2016, 2017 from the P/E/G monies and how each dime, nickel and penny of it is spent - if the monies designated for the Government channel are, instead, spent on teachers, exactly how much of the Government money and who the teachers are and what they have received.
This is public information and should be on the city website at no charge or fee to the person requesting it.
4)Documents regarding the new Public Access station - who will be operating it - a non-profit or the city, and how much money will go to the high school from the P/E/G monies
5)Documents showing how much time the public will have access to the new station
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate in advance; again, this information SHOULD be available to the cable tv subscribers and the general public. Charging money for this request while taking enormous funds from this resident for cable television bills would be considered further abuse of this senior citizen.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
Sincerely,
Joe Viglione
