Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Council Vice President Marks:
This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
1)Any e mails, notes, documents concerning my complaint on former City Council President Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. and his unethical behavior aimed at former Councilor Robert M. Penta during a city council meeting of January 24, 2017
2)Any e mails, notes, documents etc. concerning the false charges filed by City Council President Richard F. Caraviello in regards to Joseph Viglione in which I, Joseph Viglione, prevailed over the lies of Richard Caraviello and the Medford Police Department in Cambridge District Court, January 31, 2017.
---all notes and e mails between the council, the city solicitor, the mayor's office and the police department
---all notes and e mails concerning the request by Joseph Viglione that Richard F. Caraviello be barred from public service, be admonished and sanctioned by the City Council, and all correspondence between government officials regarding the outrageous and highly unethical court case perpetrated by Caraviello, the Medford Police and City Hall in an attempt to stifle free speech and the information on Viglione's highly popular blog (heading towards one million page views,) MedfordInformationCentral.com
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 (or possibly 25) calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
