During an investigation I found Mr. Rumley (allegedly) abusing his taxpayer funded City address of MarkRumley@medford.org for church business. It was prominent on the Immaculate Conception Church website where Mr. Rumley is a "permanent Deacon." My thought was that Mr. Rumley should make it a "G Mail" account, which he did, after my suggestion, after my discovery of his (alleged) abuse of a taxpayer funded e mail account.

If Muccini-Burke continues to give Rumley so much money for, as you put it, Mr. Marks, "wearing so many hats," you can now add giving !!! medical advice to my attorney about me !!! to the list.
Did Mr. Rumley obtain a license to practice medicine too or is the full-of-himself alleged bill collector from Somerville Court (still allegedly moonlighting on Thursdays at that venue?) now practicing medicine without a license? Is what Mr. Rumley did to me, alleged libel in an e mail to Paul Camuso and to my own attorney, "Post-Judgment Contempt?"
When Rumley tells an attorney who prevailed over Caraviello's flimsy case that the victim of Caraviello needs "help" and that Rumley will pray for me, I just get all warm and fuzzy inside. Not. It's more like I'm a victim of Mr. Rumley's alleged post-judgment contempt.
Do you know if I comment on his claim of prayer for me, (a student of Christian Science,) that Rumley has threatened to sue me! So much for the freedom of speech Rumley told Judge Jackson-Thompson he embraces on or about Nov. 15, 2008. Or would that be "Post-Judgment-Contempt" since I prevailed over the Medford Police and that buffoon, Caraviello on January 31, 2017, to Rumley's chagrin.
And why can he belittle MY religious beliefs when he threatens to sue me over the parody of a monsignor at Ixxxxxxx Cxxxxxx who goes by the name of Ax Cxxxxx. Since I'm still a Catholic, as far as the Church is concerned (oh, and a sinner for going to a protestant church, I presume!) when Mr. Rumley used his city e mail address, funded by the citizens of this city, on a church website. If Mr. Rumley wants no mention in parodies of his belief system he needs to stop belittling my belief system and stop mixing church and state. deeply offended that Mr. Rumley, angry and bitter, says a victorious man who defeated Medford "needs help."

As a Citizen of Medford, I demand to know why a man has the title of PERMANENT when on the

Mr. Caraviello told me he had to drive his limo when you people voted on my video starring Mike McGlynn in the "pay to park" fiasco in Room 207, September of 2014 or 2015. Under direct examination in Cambridge District Court and UNDER OATH Mr. Caraviello said he did NOT moonlight on the city council. Wow. The day a judge called our City Solicitor's testimony "irrelevant" why was Rumley hanging out with Harvey Alberg and Arthur Alan Deluca of the embattled MCC TV3 when he is supposed to be investigating them? 1/31/17, not even two months ago, and why would a solicitor spend most of the day where he was "irrelevant," his stomping grounds of Somerville District Court, when citizens are paying so much money to that reprobate?
Obviously because Mr. Rumley is too fixated on little old me, reading my blog, sending my lawyer harassing e mail saying that I need "help" after I vanquished that useless City Council President with the false charges falling from his dirty lips, Richard F. Caraviello. And we know what the letter "F" in his name does to this city when greedy limo driver Caraviello grabs 32k or so a year as the dishonest City Council President.
Do you know what Caraviello did when he lost in spectacular fashion in criminal court? He wrote to his victim's attorney and said that I need "medical attention" (where's Caraviello's license to practice?) when he knows that I attend a Christian Science Church. Libel, Religious Discrimination and False Charges - so why is that pathetic excuse for a government official not impeached, Mr. Council Vice President?

How does Medford Pride even BEGIN to grow this spring with Rumley and Caraviello taking our money and behaving like common thugs?
Medford deserves better. "Irrelevant" Mark Rumley, a judge's term on Rumley's performance in a court of law, is not worth a twenty thousand dollar raise in pay, not when Rumley is too cowardly or allegedly too involved with TV3 (or too conflicted) to do a proper investigation of the very board of directors that he participated on and with.
My question: did that unqualified mayor who keeps bumping her head on the Peter Principle (forget the glass ceiling ) re-hire that loose-with-the-truth Mark Rumley again? If so, shame on her.

As you are probably aware, the protestant religions are devoted to the Bible. I may still be a student, but some of the passages I cherish:

"No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.
Mr. Caraviello is serving himself with our money. Given that he lost his day in court, Mr. Caraviello needs to be impeached and banished from ever serving in public life, permanently.
It is time for you to act, Council Vice President. Show us some spine, Councilor Marks, and do the right thing and open an investigation into the activities of Councilor Caraviello and Solicitor Rumley. When Rumley fights with you at the council while wearing Stephanie's bonnet and tied to her apron strings, it is clear he is not acting in your best interests. Isn't he your lawyer too?
