FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
STATE ETHICS COMMISSION NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE CARAVIELLO TESTIMONY IN CAMBRIDGE DISTRICT COURT ON 1/31/17
Raises didn't stop City Council from moonlighting
The inarticulate City Council President of Medford is a fraud. R.C. Limos Proprietor Richard F. Caraviello doesn't like criticism. He doesn't like being called one of the Top 10 SOB's in Medford, "On the Fence" Caraviello or a BLOWHARD, although many residents would agree those titles perfectly fit the classless, libelous Council President who was so angry AFTER HIS SPECTACULAR DEFEAT IN CRIMINAL COURT that - AFTER CARAVIELLO LOST THE CASE - he RETALIATED AND sent a letter to his victim's attorney telling the attorney the victim - who defeated Caraviello - should be on medication.
* DEFAMATION
* RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION
*RETALIATION
*ALLEGED FALSE TESTIMONY
*ALLEGED FILING OF A FALSE POLICE REPORT
*FIRST AMENDMENT VIOLATION
BY THE MEDFORD CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT.
MALICIOUS, VICIOUS LETTER TO ATTORNEY WHO DEFEATED CARAVIELLO WAS PURE INVECTIVE DESIGNED TO FURTHER HARASS THE CITIZEN CARAVIELLO FAILED TO CENSOR BY WILLFULLY, MALICIOUSLY AND INTENTIONALLY FILING FALSE CHARGES.
It was a definite assault on the victim's religious beliefs and shows how the temperamental and thin-skinned council president, chock full of self-loathing and malice, treats the residents of Medford. Caraviello is a BULLY and is unfit to serve as Council President with those unclean hands.

If Richard F. Caraviello is this vile, and he is, what else is in his background?
Who did he employ at RC Limos?
If your children ever hired RC Limos for a prom, who drove your children? Was there ever a background check? Do we know?
A public figure like Richard F. Caraviello pressing false charges in criminal court cannot be trusted and needs to be removed from the city council.
The victim is working on a letter to the authorities to explain very calmly what a clear and present danger the proprietor of RC Limos is to the community.
In a court of law Rick Caraviello was asked if he ever "moonlighted" on the city council.
He said, under oath, in court, "No."
During the "pay to park" discussions at the city council when a pivotal vote came up on airing a video on the government channel, Caraviello got up and told his victim, the videographer, that he had to "go drive the limo."
Going to drive the limo is moonlighting on the city council during a pivotal vote. Saying in a court of law - under oath - that he didn't moonlight is... well...you do the math.
This is the individual who is the council president?
