Medford Election Theft: No Candidate has a Fair Chance under Violent Edward P. Finn

Barry Clemente calls it "family friendly."  We call it friggin' morbid.

Allegedly Mayor McGlynn said he will do everything in his power to keep Bob Penta out of the Mayor's office. Remember, I got slugged June 16, 2015 by Finn, three days after a series of incidents that I believe were orchestrated by city hall. 

It was NO COINCIDENCE. Rumley and "Detective" (the word is used facetiously) Mackowski took the witness stand in the hearing regarding the incidents referenced above - and they were not nice (the Judge removed them both for being irrelevant.)

It was all to try to silence one of the louder voices in Medford, me. No one can be that unlucky to have four incidents within a five day span - 6/12-6/16 2015. 

To think that they were not related is preposterous given the fact that Mackowski and Rumley showed up while under subpoena (the court would have dismissed them EASILY for having better things to do; just as the judge did!)  But they spent MOST of their day not working for you, but to watch me represent myself in court and prevail.

Now think about this: at trial in January of 2017, even though Edward P. Finn was under subpoena, he was too afraid to show up. The coward did not show up in court, even though I paid for a subpoena for Finn to be present.

We were victorious over the malicious prosecution, but the bigger thing for every Medford resident is the double standard at play.

Stephen Lebert threatens to kill a man and cuts a deal for no trial (and no alleged prison time.)

A journalist has to face phony charges and pay huge legal bills because Mr. Burke and/or Mark E. Rumley just LOVE to stomp on First Amendment rights or in Mr. Fumbles case - take a witness stand where he is irrelevant just to be a dick, a major dick.

Same with "Detective" (I Can't Recall) Mackowski.

THE FACT THAT A DETECTIVE CAN'T RECALL means that he shouldn't even be a detective. Duh!

That's like a chef forgetting the flour!  The heart of the case, the key evidence, oooooooooops ....for all that money Mackowski takes from us he "can't recall."

My lawyer came to the table and was going to shove the document in Mackowski's face, a document I was reading, but then decided against it. We had already won.  They had no case. They just viciously went after a citizen who has the balls to tell the corrupt Chief Sacco that covering for the likes of Stephen LeBert is in the opinion of this journalist, a vile and malicious criminal act and that Sacco should be investigated, impeached, removed and punished.  

A gay senior citizen gets attacked by a fat, ugly ex football player - a felony - and the police go after the victim.

This is where they were so stupid.  Had a former Varsity Coach (I intentionally use caps here because we do not want to publish his name, unless it is on a marriage license with me!)  chest bumped me I would have said "Thank you, please do it again.  And again.  And again - but not with as much force" and we would have run off and lived happily ever after and there would be no need for this news site.  But, sadly, Medford city government  is DUMB, and having to deal with a dumbass like Ed Finn or Rick Caraviello or Madame Knight (what a disgrace) or queer undertaker Fred Dello Russo, Jr.   Yuck!

Now you may ask, why are you going after a gay brother?

a)Dello Russo is NOT a gay brother

b)He's in the closet.  Consider this OUT MAGAZINE

c)The way Dello Russo has treated a homosexual citizen at the council, as well as a heterosexual former councilor, is absolutely reprehensible

I certainly have no problem with anyone's decision to take Door #1 (Homosexuality,) Door #2 (Bisexuality, which I am not, by the way, despite all my ex-girlfriends, proving the theory that women are attracted to homosexual men, even when they are off busy busy busy with other men!) and Door #3, Heterosexuality, which I still cannot comprehend but, live and let live. If they want to live that bizarre lifestyle, that's their choice!

Freddy's alleged "secret" would have been safe had he not been such a jerk.   By the way - I wasn't the one who had outed him, my "gaydar" did not detect that Freddy was a same sex person!  It was a local lesbian who outed him, perhaps right at the podium!  And it appeared to be intentional!


He wants to bully people and make poor votes on the council and not put motions forth, he should step down.   I have absolutely no problem with Freddy's uncle, his grandpappy or his father.  The problem is Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. Major Dick, Major Jerk, Reprobate and fiend.

Remove Ed Finn, Detective Mackowski, Paul Covino, Mark Rumley, Stephanie Burke, Chief Sacco, Superintendent Belson, Camuso, Caraviello, Dello Russo and Madame Knight from public life and watch Medford improve.

And that is my professional opinion.

Now comes this nonsense about voting machines and Mrs. Burke with the violent city clerk, Edward P. Finn. On the witness stand, under oath, January 31, 2017, Council President Richard F. Caraviello had to admit that Edward P. Finn was involved in an incident where there was yelling. 

The victim, me, was as quiet as a church mouse. All the yelling was done by Edward P. Finn. 

There it is. Some evidence that the wretched excuse for a city clerk should not EVER touch another vote in Medford ever again.
