Hey Jenna T - I made it to Playboy before you!  And got to keep my clothes on!  As young and handsome as I was!!!

We were supposed to play with our pals in THE FOOLS (It's a Night for Beautiful Girls) but Mike had surgery so our new pals in the Aerosmith tribute DRAW THE LINE performed with us! Great band!

Viglione was program director of AM 1570 WNSH (South Hamilton, Mass.) in 1992 when he was also a consultant, advertising executive and producer at 93.7 WCGY, Lawrence/Boston.

In 2000 Viglione was program director of AM 1670 personally re-broadcasting the shows on Saturday night at AM 740, the very popular WJIB.

His radio show has aired on WCUW (then at Clark University, Worcester, 1978,) 91.5 WMFO, WUNR AM, Boston, Boston Free Radio Somerville (where Joe was on the board of directors, 2015-16,) recently aired on WBCA Boston ---his TV show aired on more public access TV stations than anyone can recall!

As Director of Research for a national film company, Viglione co-scripted the PBS special starring Paul Sorvino* - a film Directed by Clark Santee, the director of A Night With Lou Reed and other historic documentaries; (*Viglione's work was uncredited; Sorvino on the 2nd night of the taping in Seattle, Washington, went into his characters from his various film and television performances, which was the idea of  Viglione accepted by the director and the film company) and was instrumental behind-the-scenes working with the CEO on business plans for other specials that were in production, including a program on mezza soprano Marilyn Horne.

Viglione's first access television show, TV EYE began in 1979 in Somerville, Massachusetts on Day Street, at the Warner studio, which was providing access to Somerville.  When he started Visual Radio in Woburn/Stoneham at their local origination station, it was with the lead singer of the Jefferson Airplane/Jefferson Starship, rock and roll hall of fame artist Marty Balin.    Viglione would go on to direct the first documentary ever on Balin - Live on the Esplanade - a two and a half hour live concert and interview with bonus tracks in the studio and live at other venues.

Taped for VH-1 and the BBC radio, Viglione was A & R for the New Rose label in France with four albums and multiple tracks record for many albums over the years. Joe signed Johnny Thunders to New Rose/Musidisc, Willie Alexander to New Rose/RCA, helped coordinate Spirit's Time Circle with Sony/Epic, promoted Evangeline on MCA, Tesla on Geffen, Alvin Lee with George Harrison of the Beatles and Jon Lord of Deep Purple, Rusty Kershaw with Neil Young, John Mooney with Ivan Neville, and many, many, many classic rock artists.

Joe's Wikipedia page was maliciously hacked by Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

A station manager (now with a stay-away order filed in Superior Court on him)  went to city hall and attempted to steal Community Media Medford by filing fraudulently that he owned my company! until he was caught. (The Board of Directors would have had to have signed off on a company under the Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. corporation, not a station manager, who is now restrained from coming near the author's home or the company next to his home).  Rather than FACILITATE PROGRAMMING and do OUTREACH the unqualified and in over-his-head "manager" put himself on TV, stumbled and mumbled and now has on his resume' that he was on the public access Titanic in Medford when it sunk.

JJ McLean, former detective of the Medford Police Department did not order the reprobates to reinstate the Wikipedia page, Medford Police Department (MPD) Det. Lt. John McLean promised that he would reinstate the page.  To this date, 9/23/17, McLean has not made good on his promise.

http://joeviglione.com has a small fraction of author Viglione's accomplishments in the entertainment industry.    He attended Suffolk University for film and journalism 1972-1973.

Viglone's articles have been published in a variety of books, he was Producer of the Year in Winchester, 2010, currently has the award 2017 for Best Boston Free Radio Music Show (*and he wasn't on the board of directors when he won the award; nor was he Digital Archive Music Director at that point; Joe likes to earn his awards by being proactive and through hard work and honest efforts)

Viglione's efforts on behalf of animal rescue and public access TV are legendary.
His name, Community Media Medford is perfect for Medford.

Ben Brown claims that he created Medford Community Media in 2017.
You do the math on that one.  It's deja vu all over again, isn't it when a
station manager is not only paid with the monies that Viglione saved the city,
but hijacks Viglione's intellectual property as well, the very name of the new TV station.

And that's not coming from this author; Medford residents noted to me the similarities and the lack of vision by Ben Brown, the man who started off his job by DENYING candidates for elected office the opportunity to be on television, despite the fact that Brown was directing city council specials at the high school in July and August, long before the Sept. 12 primary election.

Thus Joe Viglione brings you the Case Against Ben Brown, the first chapter of the book
MEDFORD MEDIA BLACKOUT

The book will be available in paper form for $4.95 a chapter. Printing this week.
