Dear Public Records Officer:

This is a request for public records pursuant to G.L. c. 66 § 10. Please supply copies or make  available for inspection public records containing the following information:

1)the certificate of receipt of open meeting law materials signed by Attorney Neil Osborne and any other similar document (if Mr. Osborne has completed the online training etc.)

2)the document detailing the salary of Neil Osborne as Diversity Director and Inclusion Officer (if that is his title; the city website is currently down)

3)the certificate of receipt of open meeting law materials signed by each member of  Commission for Persons with Disabilities
