Mark Rumley
Outlaw Office
Medford City Hall
Medford MA 02155
Mr. Rumley,
Now
that the office of the Attorney General has validated the very serious
VERY SERIOUS betrayal of the public trust by City Hall, Mayor Burke and
Superintendent Belson, the violation of the Open Meeting Law OML 2017 -
150 - Mayor Burke cannot sit back and censor enjoying the fruits of her
poisonous tree.
Ben
Brown has censored candidates during the 2017 primary election and must
be fired for incompetence. His hire, as noted in the Tuesday, April
4, 2017 meeting of the Chapter 74 board where they discussed the
"station manager," was done in secret, in the dark of night, so to
speak.
So
the public, which showed up repeatedly for the Fred Laskey/Chip
Hines/Allison Goldsberry conflicted tribunal, was DENIED the ability to
see how the 600k that WE the citizens (led by Joe Viglione, dubbed the
"leader of the opposition" by your good pal Attorney David P. Skerry)
saved the city, how that money would be spent. It was squandered by a
negligent mayor, in over her head, out of her depth, making decisions on
a topic she knows little or nothing about: Public Access Television.
Once
again I have caught you red-handed, Solicitor Rumley, after meeting
with you in 2003 and having to endure 14 years of your lunacy, your
vicious verbal and written assaults on my person, and suffering a
physical assault from Edward P. Finn, verified by the case the police
filed which I won in January of 2017.

This
very serious violation of the law led to the hiring of some clueless
young man out of Brookline Interactive Group (formerly Brookline Access
TV,) who:
a)told me that he didn't know how to construct a Producer Agreement for a Verizon station
(funny...everyone else knows how to)
b)the
resulting Producer Agreement, rife with censorship, clearly came out of
the law office, not out of the pen of some young, unqualified
individual who hardly knows Medford history as most people in this city
do
c)At
the City Council meeting of 9/19/17 Mr. Brown goes on to fumble and
stumble that he has to go to city hall to get the answer. What? Why
the hell was he hired (or to paraphrase Reverend Ike, "Why the heaven
was he hired?")
"I Can't Answer It, I would have to back to the city and ask" Ben Brown 9-19-17 at the Medford City Council
With
Stephanie Burke, Roy Belson and Mark Rumley allegedly prostituting some
young guy and paying him $67,500.00 a year of blood money to lie and
cheat the residents of Medford out of access television, the candidates
for elected office have a marvelous Class Action suit, in my opinion
(though I'm not a lawyer) should they decide to expose you frauds
further.

So
Mark Rumley was too stupid to take my advice in December of 2008, the
advice of a reporter who has taken down Uncle Gene McGillicuddy (board
member of Medford Housing,) removed Medford Community Cablevision,
Inc., most likely was the reason Uncle Bob Maiocco and Nephew Paul
Camuso, two wretched city council alleged presidents, had to be put out
to pasture, defeated the current imbecile, Richard F. Caraviello, in
criminal court in January of this year, and who has exposed Stephanie
Burke with that little online training of Conflict of Interest Law that
she forgot to take accidentally-on-purpose.
The citizens are insulted by your bad temper, Mr. Rumley, your flowery words and lies at the city council, your incompetence when it came to investigating a board of directors that you sat on, Medford Community Cablevision, inc. and the at least missing Thirty Eight Thousand Dollars, and in your smug arrogance you get on a witness stand to besmirch me and my simple "objection" has a judge throw you off the stand for irrelevance.
So
why are we paying YOU so much money to fracture our First Amendment
rights re-protected under Demarest vs. Athol/Orange - and you, Mrs.
Burke and insufferable Roy E. Belson spit in the face of the taxpayers,
ratepayers, residents, businesses and civic groups of this city.
Mr.
Rumley, you need to resign. Ben Brown needs to be fired, a new 501c3
must be put in place to run access TV, and you, Muccini-Burke and others
in the Administration should be investigated, tried and convicted for
molesting the elections of 2015 and 2017...allegedly.
I have just begun to fight for the rights that you desecrate and lie about.
FIFTEEN
years I have been fighting this battle, a quarter of my life; 14 years
since I met you and sized you up as someone who could not be trusted (I
was right again!) and now you are the author of Censorship in Medford
and must be exposed for that, investigated and put on trial.
Let
any candidates with half a brain get to work. I've opened the door and
have performed the heavy lifting. My hard work and honest efforts for
this city got rid of a board member of the Housing Authority and the
damn TV station that was harassing and committing acts of violence.
And
you, Mark Rumley, who hold yourself up to be a man of integrity, are
the lowest of the low when you take the money and rum with it...or is it
run with it. Mr. Rumley, the biggest charlatan in Medford, obligated
to hold to the highest standards, is a petty, selfish man who in
egregious fashion defends the indefensible.
Well, you got caught again, Mark, red-handed.
Where is our TV station. Do you have to act so unethically for your censorship policies?
You need to resign and take Ben Brown with you. His contract is the fruit of the poisonous tree.
Now excuse me, I have more complaints to file on your ugly behavior
Good day, sir.
Sincerely,
Joe Viglione

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

Nine years later we find out that fork-tongued Mark is the alleged author of censorship in Medford
