CABLE ADVISORY PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST 2-27-2018 5;01 PM

Attention Attorney Scanlon:

Prior to this public records request I would like to note to those added to this correspondence the reason for this public records request:

a)Mayor McGlynn had an Advisory board which included a resident who had passed away.  That resident was on the board for about FIVE YEARS after his passing.

What members of the board need to realize about the Muccini-Burke/McGlynn Administrations is that they hijack access TV for their own personal pleasure.  Indeed, go to the front page of Medford Community Media and see the Mayor on the video page promoting herself

b)The name Community Media Medford is a registered business in the city of Medford and the sole entity (owned by Joseph Viglione) that put in the proposal to run the access TV station.   The proposal was put in ON TIME as specified by former Mayor McGlynn    Station manager Ben Brown has manipulated my business and calls the city-controlled station Medford Community Media.  I will be addressing that in Superior Court with an injunction I plan on filing in the coming weeks naming Mr. Brown and the Mayor in the litigation.

Think about it:  Community Media Medford put in the sole proposal in the time required; my ideas have been lifted for a new "private access station" where the conflicted issuing authority works with a suspicious "home rule petition" where:

approx 60 % of the funding goes to the city's "general fund"
approximately 20% of the monies pay the salaries of Lisa Dunphy, Jack Dempsey (who has a side project J.D. Sports videos where he allegedly has charged parents of students and students for "sports videos" when he's already paid by the access television station's supposed funds, only as a "teacher"
20% of the monies are required to go to the access TV station, though only Arthur Deluca, disgraced board member of the under investigation Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., and Steve Bertorelli, also of the entity that I and two other members of the community worked hard to shut down, resurrect themselves and allegedly scare residents away with their negative attitude and "TV3 Medford" behavior.

Incredibly, Mayor Burke - when a city councilor - was one of the loudest voices against DeLuca's board of directors, though Art Deluca appears to be quite friendly with ex mayor McGlynn

Now the issuing authority is using the 20 percent of access monies for the educational and governmental channel first and foremost (the educational channel had a film premiere in June of 2017; the access station opened on October 15, 2017, with Rep Paul Donato performing some kind of sex joke on the zipper area of then council vice president Michael Marks.
Stephanie Muccini-Burke thought the sex stunt funny, in front of two small children and a student.  See Exhibits A and B attached.

Mark E. Rumley installed a CORI check - which is ridiculous as Ben Brown is paid $67,500.00 a year to supervise the children (and from the looks of the sex stunt at 10:30 am exactly on opening day, doing a poor job of it, not to mention the tardiness of the website AND the fact that only four people in FOUR MONTHS joined the Facebook page until I posted it on my media site, which - oh wow - suddenly it went up to over 120 - Mayor Burke being "reactive" instead of "proactive" as I told her to her conflicted face last Thursday night at the School Committee's Committee of the Whole.
____________________________________________________________________________________
The form if you don't want to fill out the CORI form makes a person look like a deviate if they sign it.

So why didn't the mayor BAN Paul Donato permanently from the station and report him to Martha Coakley (as I did.)
Oh, that's right, the CORI check is so that Mrs. Burke can spy on potential candidates for elected office - the mayor using the access funds in a manner in which they are not intended to be used to violate the First Amendment (with impunity, obviously.)

What does Jay Campbell with his consulting bring to the table?

Gabby Follet Sumney is a name I do not know.

This producer, Joe Viglione, Directed Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist Marty Balin in a 2 1/2 hour documentary out worldwide on Music Video Distributors; I have met Alfred Hitchcock , my first roundtable interview as a teenager was with the legendary Maysles Brothers (Beatles on Ed Sullivan, Rolling Stones "Gimme Shelter,") I represented the late Jimmy Miller (Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton etc.) and brought the Stones' most influential producer to live in Medford in the 1980s, have interviewed Robert Zemeckis, Jodi Foster, Bill Press from Sirius/XM (formerly CNN,) Dennis Lehane, directed a shoot with Judy Collins, over 1,000 interviews since I started in radio in 1978 (WCUW, WJIB 740 AM, Program Director of WNSH AM 1570, ABFR AM 1670, etc. etc. etc.) my first show on access in 1979 before there even was a Somerville Media Center (at Day St. in Somerville) and have colleagues in Medford who have also forgotten more about access TV than ---- all due respect - Jay Campbell could possibly ever learn.

So why is a real estate person on the board of directors of the Medford Chamber of Commerce on a Cable Advisory Committee?  Because Mayor Burke is conflicted as issuing authority and doesn't want Medford residents with EXPERIENCE and SKILLS to interfere in her hijacking of our funds for access TV

MCGLYNN KEPT A RESIDENT OF MEDFORD ON THE CABLE ADVISORY COMMISSION AFTER HIS DEATH.
THINK ABOUT IT.

RICHARD TROTTA RESIGNED FROM THE COMMISSION SPECIFICALLY TO NOT HAVE TO REPLY TO MY PUBLIC
RECORDS REQUEST

BOB SKERRY WAS INFURIATED WITH MCGLYNN, HE PERSONALLY TOLD ME, WHEN SKERRY AND A
MR. GIOVINO WERE THE LAST TWO STANDING WHEN I INVESTIGATED THE ORIGINAL ADVISORY BOARD

MCGLYNN HAD A DUMMY BOARD, AS HE DID WITH EVERY BOARD SAVE THE BIKE COMMISSION, BECAUSE
HE ALLEGEDLY DIDN'T WANT TO OFFEND SO MANY PEOPLE WITH BIKES WHO COULD STORM THE CASTLE

HEY, YVETTE, GABBY, JAY - NEWS FLASH, YOU ARE IN THERE, THIS 'GIFT' YVETTE, IS TO HAVE YOU DO NOTHING BUT THE MAYOR'S BIDDING.

ASK HER TO HAND OVER 100 PERCENT OF THE MONIES FOR ACCESS TV AND SEE HER DEER-IN-THE-HEADLIGHTS LOOK THAT SHE OUGHT TO TRADEMARK, MRS. BURKE 'WHAT? ME WORRY??? REACTIVE RESPONSE TO EVERYTHING

See my article in the Boston Globe on moving the TV station to the Chevalier:

Upon retirement, Ray remained very active and became President of the Mystic Valley Chapter of the AARP

The seven members of the Cable TV Commission at that time were  former School Committee member Robert E. Skerry, Richard Giovino, Michael Wyche, Michele Bordieri, Donald McCarthy, Raymond McDonald. and Richard Trotta who teaches audio/visual at the high school.

In August of 2006, before I wrote my initial report to City Hall, information on Merrimack's Cable Television Advisory Commission was sent to the City Solicitor of Medford. That group's mission was very clear - and missing in the city of Medford:
