RE: A) MGL Chapter 269 Section 10
Punishment for ammunition - FELONY

B)Woonsocket RI incident handled MUCH MORE PROFESSIONALLY

C)Compare to efficient Woonsocket RI and pattern of misconduct by Medford Police Chief Sacco

Mayor Burke has to hold the Principal who acted inappropriately to the letter of the law, arrest him, arraign him, put him on trial, and - if found guilty - imprison the Principal, who should have known better. After Mrs. Burke puts the Principal on trial, she should be fully investigated.

The same with Superintendent Belson and Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. Put them on trial with Mayor Muccini-Burke, stop their incessant hot air with bad excuses for their collective poor judgment. Put them all on trial.

(h)(1) Whoever owns, possesses or transfers a firearm, rifle, shotgun or ammunition without complying with the provisions of section 129C of chapter 140 shall be punished by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than 2 years or by a fine of not more than $500. Whoever commits a second or subsequent violation of this paragraph shall be punished by imprisonment in a house of correction for not more than 2 years or by a fine of not more than $1,000, or both. Any officer authorized to make arrests may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated this paragraph.

(2) Any person who leaves a firearm, rifle, shotgun or ammunition unattended with the intent to transfer possession of such firearm, rifle, shotgun or ammunition to any person not licensed under section 129C of chapter 140 or section 131 of chapter 140 for the purpose of committing a crime or concealing a crime shall be punished by imprisonment in a house of correction for not more than 21/2 years or in state prison for not more than 5 years.

Medford Police Chief "Buddy" Sacco is not your buddy, Medford, not by a long shot. He is a devious individual who treats rogue cops like Miguel Lopez (drug deal and murder at his home in Stoneham,) Stephen Lebert (too many atrocities to note here, threatening to kill a man while off-duty,) the recently deceased Gregory M. Hudson (RIP 9/2/17) who had 5 suspensions including this information: "This was not Hudson’s first offense. In 1999, he was charged with assault and battery after his wife called 911 to report that her husband choked her. She suffered bruises to the neck but refused medical treatment, an official said at the time. The two divorced in 2005, records show," Shawn Hughes FOX Undercover: Armed and Dangerous? | MassCops

Nov 25, 2008 - In 2007, a Medford police officer was charged with assault and battery after a fight with his wife. The case went to court and Officer Shawn Hughes admitted to sufficient facts. He's on probation now, after the judge ordered all weapons removed from his home. But Shawn Hughes is still an active duty police (Does that mean he has a gun? Why???)

These are the members of Leo A. Sacco Jr.'s "extended family" as rumor has it the "Chief" calls his reprobate crew, those who put a bad name on the good men and women of the Medford police force. This writer has documented the wrongful conduct of the bad boys of Leo's police department, and you HAVE to hold the chief of police accountable for letting so much ugly behavior get pass after pass after pass, enabled in my opinion by two mayors and a woefully negligent and arrogant solicitor, Mark E. Rumley.

TIMELINE
Oct 13, 2017 Jenna Tarabelsi convicted of rape of 15 year old high schooler
She was allegedly a political hire as a favor to Mayor McGlynn's former place of learning, Arlington Catholic High School

Oct 15, 2017 10:30 am at the high school, Paul J. Donato, state rep, puts his hand on private parts of then-city council vice president Michael Marks in front of two small children and a student at the high school's private access TV station.

Marks did not report the sex stunt in front of children to the police; shame on him. Mayor Burke laughed at the sex stunt, there are photographs, and Donato, allegedly, had put his hands on Marks' backside the week before at the VFW

Martha Coakley was made aware of this via e mail. Martha, my dear, why have you not utilized my photographs to bring Mr. Donato to his long overdue retirement over the sex stunt at the high school? Oh, that's right, Mark Smith, Jenna Tarabelsi, a varsity coach allegedly having sex with a powerful politician's daughter, and a current teacher at the high school allegedly having sex with multiple students.

This writer filed a public records request on the varsity coach and bomb sniffing dogs at the high school and the Medford Police with Council President Caraviello filed false criminal charges on the victim of a felonious assault by Ed Finn, city clerk, fracturing the First Amendment and proving that Sacco, Burke & Co. engage in retaliation.

Which begs the question: is there even MORE corruption that we don't even know about???

Nov 23, 2017 - Beacon Hill is turning to former Attorney General Martha Coakley and three other lawyers to help the House of Representatives with a “comprehensive” review of sexual harassment policies, adding to a tab of outside legal help the Legislature has run up in recent years. (Boston Herald.com)

Will the Principal be charged with allegedly having live ammunition at a school and alleged improper disposal of ammunition? In Medford? Home of the Depositor's Trust crime, The Cops are Robbers and the Medford Housing Authority fiasco?

Yer kidding, right?

Martha, look into Roy Belson's comment to Krissy Fraser "Joe thinks I hide sexual predators at the high school." Roy is hiding the sexual predators (allegedly) IN PLAIN SIGHT.

Look at how Woonsocket responded immediately. Then listen to a self-serving unqualified mayor who put me directly in harms way when her city clerk physically assaulted me me) - Chief Sacco told me (10/17/17) "You get the police service you deserve." A threat.

Ed Finn committed felonious assault on my person to interfere in the 2015 election. A few days later his wife and he allegedly spread a rumor at Stop and Shop that "Bob Penta will lose the election." It was all a coordinated effort, wasn't it? The incident and Ed Finn, all coordinated to put me in fear.

Doug Nagengast at Marian Ryan's office told me to go to the police. The police filed fraudulent charges on an innocent minority senior citizen.

I won the court case. Judge Fitzpatrick called me "an intelligent man."

Judge Lamothe in another case I won (against TV3) called me "Very logical."

The city solicitor, Rumley, calls me "delusional" - you do the math and conclude that Rumley is not only an abuser, he is one of the worst abusers, because he comes to you in his sheep's clothing and your experience is that Rumley's office is the wolf's den.

And now there's ammunition found in an auditorium and not reported properly

I told you so, Medford, I told you so

WOONSOCKET RI FEB 17
Time Magazine
By ASSOCIATED PRESS
February 17, 2018
(WOONSOCKET, R.I.) — Live ammunition was discovered by a custodian in a Rhode Island middle school boys’ restroom, prompting a lockdown and subsequent investigation into how the bullets got there, police said.

Woonsocket Middle School at Hamlet, located about 15 miles north of Providence, was put on lockdown Friday afternoon after the discovery. Woonsocket Police Chief Thomas F. Oates III said a custodian was checking the restroom shortly around school dismissal time when she found small-caliber ammunition. She immediately brought it to the principal’s office.
