Dear Heather Locklear,
I have been assigned as your probation officer.
You will be the sponsor for Mark E. Rumley, the Medford city solicitor, who sent a bizarre e mail to police chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr. with reference to a "water pistol."
Mr. Rumley also used his city-funded e mail in an inappropriate manner as well as (purportedly) masquerading as a bill collector at Somerville District Court when he was supposed to be working for the citizens of Medford.
He allegedly had an office (well, not allegedly, I was there inspecting the room!) on Spring St. with an alleged sexual harassing state reprobate who grabbed the sweet spot of a former vice president of the Medford city council
You will have to monitor Mr. Rumley five times a day. Especially for his not intervening with the "G" Spot episode of a Friday Night Filth Fest, conducted near Commercial St. and Stop & Shop when the Red Sox won the world series circa 2004.
Only a couple of days after Heather Locklear was released from a three-day psychiatric hold, the actress was arrested for battery on a police officer.
Police took Locklear, 56, into custody at her home shortly before midnight Sunday and booked her for two counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel, Page Six confirmed. This is her second arrest for battery of deputies.
Respectfully,
The Editor
