Cable Advisory Board
City Hall
Medford MA 02155
To the Cable Advisory and City Officials:
We were told at the July 19th meeting that the mayor would announce a new station manager this week, the week of July 23-27.
There is nothing on the city website or in the press that I could find regarding this promised announcement.
It's 12:55 pm on Friday, July 27. Mayor Burke had NO public access ready for the 2017 election, which benefited her greatly. Krissy Fraser was using the access center, allegedly funded by the PUBLIC access monies, benefiting the educational and governmental channels but not the politicians running for office.
It was pure censorship and a deception. Mayor Burke got her cronies on the lopsided city council in, no one could hear about alleged transgressions of Adam Knight and Fred Dello Russo, Jr., and the fact that Rick Caraviello lost in criminal court, which could have impacted the election greatly.
The fingerprints of Muccini-Burke, Mark E. Rumley and Edward P. Finn are all over that election, with smudged prints that might be those of Michael J. McGlynn
Want to see a solicitor lie through his teeth?
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
Now the Cable Advisory Board tells us one thing, yet Muccini-Burke was allegedly off on a shopping spree on July 11 at 3:15 pm instead of interviewing me:
---the fellow who put in the sole proposal to run the access station under Mayor McGlynn
---the most qualified person didn't even get an interview, Burke was out probably doing her nails, for her bloated salary.
And she has a Cable Advisory Board that doesn't issue official tapes of their meetings, posts the meetings with little time in advance for the public, and now has told us there would be an announcement and there is no announcement at 12:59 pm on Friday, after city hall has closed
Why?
