As a senior citizen who has put multiple public records request in to the police department, high school and city, and in certain cases has not received proper responses in a timely manner, it is time to look at two aspects of government officials failing to serve the public:

1)Public Accommodations

2)If their failure to accommodate the public is abuse of senior citizens, elder abuse.

Muccini-Burke promises on the campaign trail free parking for seniors.  Then - when she seizes power (I personally do not believe that Muccini-Burke was duly elected, so many facts point to a "Stat Smith" sort of phony election) she removes all doubt by charging SOME seniors $25.00, but if you are a senior under 65 she charges you FULL PRICE TO PARK when her campaign PROMISE was free parking for seniors.

Leo A. Sacco, Jr., the crooked police chief whose son was NOT arrested though drunk driving was alleged, his vehicle, keys, gun taken away from him, a "relative" driving Joe Sacco home (file under: hmmmm....why did someone else have to drive if Sacco was claiming to be sober?)

"You Get The Police Service you Deserve" sounded more like Michael Corleone on October 17, 2017 than a chief of police who took an OATH OF OFFICE and is supposed to PROTECT AND SERVE, SERVE AND PROTECT

It's elder abuse in my humble opinion.

Abuse of senior citizens and it is wrong.
