FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Had to skip the Medford Cable Advisory meeting to actually do something far more important, initiate the new season, Season 24, of Visual Radio.
We are putting together a 10 part series on the Opioid Crisis
Tonight was pre-production and getting the new intro together It is spectacular. It is a 2019 re-creation of our original earth spinning (1995) with Visual Radio sliding by (see preview in the attachment, but that's just the name over satellite dishes, the planetary stuff is truly "out of this world." 24 years later, a tremendous new look, a tremendous new attitude with a hard look at news, entertainment and community affairs.
Why a news series for the first 10 segments of 2019 Visual Radio?
Why not?
We have our usual name artists, film directors, sports stars lined up mid 2019, of course, which is why we've been called "The Best Public Access TV Program in America" - older, wiser and better.
Who do you think was more productive in terms of true public access television?
Jay Campbell? and his Cable Advisory Committee
Or Visual Radio...
That is, of course, a rhetorical question
We care about community TV.
Campbell, Wilkes, Gordon and Follett-Sumney should be reaching out to quality producers to obtain the content.
They are too busy shuffling papers...
WE CARE ABOUT COMMUNITY TV
So, girlfriend Yvette, do you care about community TV, or do you care more about "Gifts from Stephanie," sounds like a new store at the mall...
It's a new season...and we have a phenomenal schedule ready to rock your world!
Our last program was in April 2018 when Joe Perry from Aerosmith was on the air. We took a sabbatical and now we are back.
On Thanksgiving Eve I taped a show as a guest at another facility, just to get back into the game.
2019 is here, and so is the best show on access TV in the world!
