Letter to Breanna on Computer Education Via P/E/G

Mark Rumley told me in the TV3 Wars "When you're in a fight, FIGHT!"

Guess I really took his good advice to heart!

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury
on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

Just put "Rumley  Repugnant" into Google
and this comes up

Breanna Lungo-Koehn
Medford City Hall

85 Geo P Hassett Drive
Medford MA 02155

Dear Mayoral Candidate Lungo-Koehn:

Learning computer skills at access TV for free is a key component of the P/E/G channel.

Vincent Mase's wife spoke at the city council some years ago about wanting her daughter to learn computer skills.
As usual, I am the person who fought for and is still fighting for the rights of kids and seniors and citizens in general to learn computer skills
which can cost $800.00 or more elsewhere.

It is your obligation and duty, Breanna, along with your colleagues, to fight and fight hard for the rights of citizens to learn computer skills at the
access station without a CORI check, without Mark Rumley interfering in our education as a community, without Mr. Rumley's bullying and harassing those
he is supposed to serve.

Mark Rumley has cheated the citizens out of what they have paid for by:

a)failing to ensure there was a 2009 election to dismantled the dishonest board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., even though this journalist
correctly warned the inefficient and duplicitous city solicitor that Frank Pilleri had every intention of submarining the election.  Frank had to be removed kicking and
screaming.  It was, purportedly, all Mr. Pilleri had in life.  It was my pleasure to bring Pilleri's gang down, though that was what we paid Rumley, Detective JJ McLean
and Chief Sacco to do.  They intentionally failed their mission.

b)Rumley has always been the stumbling block to free speech despite his lies to a retired judge in Alden Chambers:

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov.

Mr. Rumley's Oath of Office is attached.   Rumley's comments in the newspaper about refusing computer education at the Medford Public Library via the access channel was inaccurate and insulting.  If the library has computers for citizens, which it does, how does editing on those computers violate the agreement with the estate that gave the city the land.  See the Medford Transcript for Rumley's folly.    The library allows you to even borrow a laptop to bring home or elsewhere: http://www.medfordlibrary.org/policies

Cable Subscribers relied on the false representations or promises of the city solicitor regarding access television.

c)Then there is the egregious act of Rumley to decide to investigate the very board that he sat on.  Good luck with that.  After his little ploy didn't scare the untrustworthy board of directors, supported by Paul Camuso, Michael Marks and others prior to my shutting them down, those councilors DENYING citizens their right to learn computers (Camuso and Marks were ultra friendly with an ex board member who was arrested twice in one year.  Quality people those two councilors were hanging out with, and paying money to, paying money for access to access...think about it...when Camuso and Marks had an obligation to fight for the citizens - and their opponents - but choose to cheat the public and serve themselves.

Isn't Michael Marks currently doing a show on access TV?  This is something I urged Marks to do, even setting up a show for him with a noted member of Paul Donato's staff, but Marks was a no-show.   And Marks is supposed to fight for ALL OUR RIGHTS for access TV, not just himself.  Michael Marks just doesn't get it...  (*Last year, April 2018, I heard that Marks said at a cable advisory board meeting "Joe Vig was right."   Duh.

Residents and children are cheated by Mark Rumley's scare tactics and bullying.   It's a sick joke his pathetic CORI check when CORI checks on Jenna Tarabelsi, Mark Smith and a varsity coach allegedly having sex with a powerful politician's daughter didn't work out very well, did they?

Mr. Rumley violates his oath of office with his shenanigans.   Since he's clearly doing the dirty work of Michael J. McGlynn and Stephanie Muccini-Burke, he should ask them for some Comet cleanser to wipe his dirty, filthy unclean hands.  Problem is that Rumley doesn't care spitting on his oath of office if it lines his bank account. So deceptive and so not doing his job.

So, Mrs. Lungo-Koehn, your job is to REALLY protect the children by promising to remove Rumley from office, demanding access TV computer classes, and bringing access TV to the library where no one needs a CORI check so that Muccini-Burke and presumably Rumley can access their private information if they choose to run for public office.

Read this:

Public access video channels serve an important purpose, because they
provide an electronic soapbox for local folks to broadcast their unique
points of view about the world, the nation and city around them. For
those willing to do a little work and sacrifice a little time, the high
price of video democracy is free, and it’s just around the corner.

After all, it’s a federal mandate.

You know I know what I'm talking about.  Yet no one has offered to "sponsor" my show as I fight the good fight.  And that is because you ALL are afraid of Rumley and his very dishonorable and deleterious crew in the Burke Administration and Beyond, LLC...beyond being Michael J. McGlynn of course.

You want to win the election?   Show some courage, show some spine, don't thank Adam Knight and George Scarpelli at your event.  Have some guts and thank Bob Penta publicly.   This senior citizen knows what he is talking about.  Michael Marks calls me smart and articulate.  You told me you think I would make a good attorney. Judge LaMothe and Judge Fitzpatrick call me "very logical" and "an intelligent man."

I refuse to be bullied by Mark Rumley.  The more he bullies, the more I expose Rumley's Wrongful Conduct, LLC.

I'm fighting harder than ever before.

Jay Campbell is a sick joke played on the citizens of Medford.  It's like having a real estate agent do brain surgery.  It is psychotic of Mrs. Burke to behave in such a disturbing way as "issuing authority."

Get your own access show, Breanna, and open the floodgates for all citizens by DEMANDING Rumley cease and desist from interfering in access TV.

What the hell was Paul Gerety from the MCC board that I shut down doing on a Chapter 74 board that you and your fellow councilors didn't know about?  I caught them violating the Open Meeting Law spending all the money that I saved the city (along with a former councilor and Doreen Wade.)

You want to be mayor?  You have to forget dipping your toes in the water, seeing where Michael Marks thinks the political winds are blowing, and just show the people that you care.

Put my TV show on the air.  Get your own TV show.  That's your job.

You want our votes, you have to earn them.  You can't just be the "I'm not Stephanie" candidate which you are doing now.

This is a fight.    Bob Penta and David McKillop took the high road.  Where did that get them.

Fight as hard as you can.  Expose the Varsity Coach Scandal, LLC.

You know I'm right.   It's time to fight.

This is not a walk in the park.  Mrs. Burke may be inept and bungling, but her puppet master, Michael J. McGlynn is smart, slick, sleazy and deadly.
You are fighting the devil, as if you didn't know it.

So let me quote Mark Rumley: "When you're in a fight, FIGHT."  Mark told me that over a decade ago.  Guess I really took it to heart

Sincerely,

Joe Viglione
