We will be publishing information in about a week regarding a complaint filed against this news organization regarding someone's CORI
The allegation was that we had accessed a CORI, something we would NEVER do without following the rules.
Truth be told, we investigated a case about a twice arrested host of a Friday night television program cablecast in Medford.
Another person with the same name, begins with Z, accused us of accessing sealed information.
We, of course, got the information from court documents that were available to the public.
The research was done at Middlesex Superior Court and, no, we didn't have a cup of cocoa or Vodka with a politician's husband at the time!
The hearing was on March 28th 2019 and, again,
Medford Information Central PREVAILED,
just as we did over Richard F. Caraviello, village idiot and town buffoon.
We'll publish the documents when they arrive in the next couple of weeks.
It takes great strength to exercise one's First Amendment rights.
We have to fight sleazy city councilors, an ultra sleazy city solicitor and people who don't want the truth to be told.
On top of it all, the attorney who contacted us and who handled the case left that department.
The information was given us today, 4/16/19 and - again - it was in our favor.
