Newton Mayor Ruthanne Fuller will seek for the city to acquire approximately 17 acres of Webster Woods from Boston College through eminent domain, she said in a statement Wednesday. However, the college will oppose the decision, with officials saying in a statement that "we intend to oppose to the fullest extent possible using all legal avenues."
